I gave two stars based on my last sandwich. The meatballs were cold, and the whole sandwich itself was soggy, messy, and leaky. Keep in mind, the short lady with black hair, made my sandwich; not the gentleman with dark curly hair (who is very good at his job, has manners, and provides good customer service here). If you come here, please wait for the man to make sandwich, if you would like a good and tasty one. This place is very hit or miss based on who works here. With the right service and workers, the food has the potential and great ability to be delicious… and the same goes for the opposite way.

My daughter and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat after spending all day at Vanderbilt Hospital. We just wanted something quick and this was close to the hotel that we were staying in for the evening. I have to say that I was throughly impressed. The man that took care of us tonight, Vinny, went above and beyond what he had to do to make our visit top notch. He and the young man that was running the convenience store register were both very helpful and very friendly. They don’t know that they helped our terrible day be turned around just by being friendly. I appreciate them both.

I will never order from this location again. We had 2 footlongs, both were missing most of the ingredients! The club was missing the turkey, ham and pepper jack cheese and the steak and 2x cheese sub was missing the 2x cheese. Unreal. How can you have a printed ingredient list attached to the bag and miss putting most of the key ingredients on the subs??

After visiting this place, I can’t say that I will return. Fairly disappointed by the service as well as the attitude of one of the workers. I was also for some reason charged 3 times for the same sandwich to which corporate has yet to respond. This place not only ruins your lunch, they overcharge you leaving you in debt.

When the location first opened I had good experiences. The older gentleman provides great customer service. The ball plummets afterwards. Engaging in the customer and what they want should be a priority to visiting. I don’t want to be viewed as a bad customer, so I’ll simply go elsewhere.

The sandwich bread was old and had a bad taste. Initially no one was there and someone has to call them. Then the food was cold and the ice machine was broken. We got free cookies!

Both “Sandwich Artists” went outside for about a 10 smoke break. The cashier from the gas station side had to make my protein bowl. Which she had no knowledge of. Not her fault though bc she doesnt work on that side.. Finally they came back in, one lady in uniform DID NOT wash her hands!! Just threw on some gloves to makes the guy behind me sandwich. I will not be back.
