I ordered nachos to go .. unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got hone that these were the most stale chips I have ever tasted! I could have broken a tooth as these chips are so thick already and they were extremely stale and hard, weeks old! The toppings on the nachos did seem fresh and delicious but the chips made it impossible to eat.
I also ordered a burrito which was really good but I had 2 small chicken bones in it which I def could have choked off of, what I remember it to be. Salsa is delicious.

Staff is very rude, I work at customer service and the ladies at front are very rude !! Online ordering was also off for what ever their reason is, she tried taking my order fast and rushing me, employes sound like they are playing and having extra fun back there. I won’t recomend people comming to this location in Moreno Valley by perris and sunnymead. Also the restaurant is small and they didn’t really have people in the dine in and it was reared dirtry and mess I had to sit on dirty table, there is enough people here to clean. Again employes shouldn’t be rude like that, I HOPE MANAGEMENT CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!!!

Fastest fresh food you will ever get. I am in and out of there in less than 5min with a whole armload to feed at least 8 people. Chicken is tender and moist, seasoned like you would expect a rotisserie chicken to be. The sides are simple and consistent and do not disappoint. And it travels well, which is important with takeout.
Their employees are terrific. The regular managers there remember me and my order, even recognize my vehicle pulling up and are already getting things ready for me. That’s what I call great service!

Chicken is good but sometimes run across the dry batch. Potato Salad and salsa is a must. Chicken burrito and salad are worth checking out

The horchata tasted weird and the chicken was dry. The napkins said Best Tasting…yeah no. I’ll stick to El Pollo Loco.
Update: I let them know that the chicken was dry and asked if they could possibly offer me something without the dry chicken and the lady was nice enough to offer me a chicken salad. The chicken on the chicken salad was a little more moist (still dry but would’ve been tolerable) but had 0 flavor. I appreciated the effort but the chicken just isn’t good.

Solid food-always fresh and delicious! Sometimes it gets busy but what good eatery doesn’t? I have never eaten here because I live so close however due to it being busy during rush hour daily, I’m pretty sure I’ll continue to take it home when I do grab it.
