It is evident that this kitchen is in need of serious quality control and oversight. The dishes are both poorly prepared and poorly presented. If a menu item is unavailable, it would be far better to remove it for the day rather than serve a substandard version under the assumption that customers will not notice.
I ordered the mango aguachile and was served what appeared to be a bowl of Jumex mango juice with shrimp and two small cubes of frozen mango. The dish was overwhelmingly sweet, you could clearly know it was jumex juice, lacked balance, no attention to presentation, simply shrimp submerged in liquid.
I also ordered the verde aguachile, which was dominated entirely by cilantro. The consistency was unusually thick and extremely green, resembling a blended juice, with no detectable lemon to balance the flavors.
The lack of care in preparation and presentation is disappointing, especially when we were only two tables. The east side location is by far better.

Came in for dinner around 7:30 pm. Great service from Kaylor! Very attentive and friendly. Kitchen did a great job as well. I placed another order closer to their closing time. I was expecting a lower quality dish or to be rushed out but instead I got a great dish and great service! Definitely coming back!

I was very surprised at the quality of the food. The fish wasn’t dry at all and the rice was extremely flavorful. My son ordered the carne asada quesadilla and that was also delicious. Only thing is that the gratuity was included on the bill and I didn’t realize it until after she took another cash tip on top of what was automatically charged and she didn’t even say anything. Definitely my mistake but none the less, it was good.

This is hands down the best salsa I’ve ever had in my life. The service was great and food was good. It’s mostly all seafood with very good prices. I ordered the fish tacos (baja) and they were pretty good. Could use a bit more salt/seasoning in the batter but tasted fresh and not greasy/oily. The shrimp was good also. I would come here again. We didn’t enjoy the free soup appetizer.

Great restaurant, the food is delicious. I got a shrimp cocktail and the serving was very generous. Plenty of shrimp and they sure don’t skimp out on avocado All the food looks wonderful and don’t take long to serve you. Great servers, all very kind and greet you as soon as you walk in. Would definitely recommend it.

We used to love this place but the prices have gotten ridiculously high. They no longer have their tacos Baja on taco Tuesday. Now their “special” on taco Tuesday are buy one taco get one free. $3.50 for one taco!!! I wouldn’t consider that a special especially when they used to be $1.00 on Tuesdays. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

After the owner responded and stated that their tacos were more generous since everything had gone up, we decided to give it another try. Definitely will NOT be going back!! The place was empty and judging by the service, price, and food, I can see why. The tacos were generous alright, generous with cabbage. I couldn’t even taste the fish in the tacos. Such a shame since this was one of our favorite places to eat. The 2nd and 3rd photo was yesterday’s visit with the “generous” tacos.

Food is good. I tried the shrimp ceviche bowl and let me tell you, the portion size is very generous. I really thought I would need to take some leftovers after, but I finished it all. No jalapeños in the dish. I also tried the marlin tacos. Very tasty and a bit greasy but good over all. The only reason I gave the place 4 stars it’s because it was dirty under the tables and restrooms need immediate attention. But that’s it! Staff is friendly!

I’d got to say I’m surprised with their prices low prices good food,loved my server she pleased me with my music style and she was always pending on us,I had a whole black bass and a Marinera soup.Love their complementary salsas,my companion had variety sea food plate.Their restroom was Spot less even the hallway smells great!
