I ordered a large cookie dough with extra cookie dough. When I got it, it looked like it has been sitting for 3 days in the freezer and it melted right when you took it out, they made it very drippy and didn’t tip it upside down, with no cover. But my mom’s was perfectly fine. DO NOT GO

Awesome burgers and service!
I placed a mobile order but it said it was unable to send the order to the restaurant, I then stopped by and let them know and they made my order very quickly.
I ordered 2 double burgers and they were perfect, would gladly stop by again.
(I did use a coupon in the app for buy one, get one for a $0.99.)

The seven dollar meals brought us in the door. The employee that took our order was slow and meticulous, great at getting all the details. I was with a large group, and when our order came out, we were only missing a ranch. It did take a while for our food to be made, but there was a lot, so it is understandable. The dining area was clean, and so was the restroom. The sundaes at the end were a nice little note to leave on.

The floors were so greasy, couldn’t hardly walk with out falling. Put some damn soap in the mop bucket, not grease. Bathrooms looked like a tornadoes came through. Service was very slow, no customer service skills. Haven’t been there for years, and now I remember why…

Worst experience at any type of restaurant I have had. Fast food or not- we ordered in and sat down- the lady delivered us the wrong food despite us having a table number for her to go off of. We waited 30 minutes for 1 burger and 3 chicken strip baskets. Nothing over the top. Once we finally received our food it was awful. The chicken strip breading soggy, burger extremely over cooked, one cup of gravy had chunks in it, one was completely watered down and there was no thickness to it and the next was literally almost empty. I took the cup up there and asked them to fill it, she said we’re out. So instead of apologizing and explaining you ran out you decided to hand out a cup of gravy that would be enough for 2 French fry’s… $55 in food went in the tank trash. Horrible customer service, awful Dairy Queen. I wouldn’t waist your time.

I called corporate. Look at all of the 1 star reviews, that has pretty much been my experience the past few times. Doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or supper time, still the same service. It didn’t always use to be like this either. I don’t know if they are under staffed or what is going on, but I see that the owner seems to reply to these reviews, to which I must say, stop replying to them and FIX IT! there are a lot of 1 star reviews on here and yet NOTHING, has been done to fix the issues, that much is clear! I should also add that I have NEVER written a review about a restaurant, or at least not to this extent. Hopefully this changes soon.

Honestly I’ve been going to this place for years. I’m amazed I haven’t written a review for it yet, and I actually feel dumb that I haven’t. This place is always a good place to eat for a quick bite whether you’re just stopping in with friends to eat inside, or even just running in quick to get something to take home with you. I have always enjoyed the food they had, I’ve never had any issues with parking. Unless it’s a busy day at the drive through I’ve never had any issues with the drive through and never had to wait that long for my food. The normal meal I get from there which is a 6 piece Chicken Strip Basket, with a lemon-lime Misty Slush and a Mint Oreo Blizzard. Every time they’ve made that order for me it has always been delicious and I’ve never had complaints. They’ve never screwed up my order before, I enjoy the friendly atmosphere, and the workers always make me feel welcomed. The only things I’ve ever had issues with is trying to pull out of the Drive through and parking area on the side of the building facing the gas station and that’s usually only when it’s busy cause you have to wait for vehicles to come through a lot of the time. Beyond that the only thing I could really consider taking a star for, the atmosphere isn’t as nice as it used to feel only because it used to have a back area that had a mostly if not fully complete glass area for eating and viewing the surrounding areas. It used to have tons of natural lighting because of that and it was an enjoyable place to sit and eat with my family so with that area now kind of gone to an extent and not fully glass anymore it loses a bit of that atmosphere it used to have. That’s just my personal preference and opinion though and I know there are a lot of people who still like sitting back there and enjoying it. So I know that even though it loses that little bit with me it is still a great place to eat and has amazing atmosphere still.
