I went in for a salad. The girl makes the salad and then tells me they have no salad dressing at all. I’m not sure why anyone would not start out informing the person that they don’t have salad dressing before making the salad. The store was an absolute mess. This is my 2nd time ever eating chipotle and both time have been at this location and both times have been horrible! I will never eat at another chipotle.

Lazy! I ordered a salad DoorDash and what arrived was a salad completely made up of spinach only. That’s not how I ordered it, that’s not how it’s advertised. It’s so rude that the store wouldn’t even contact me to ask if I would still want the salad. Newsflash: not all lettuce is the same and having a salad completely made up of spinach is a waste of money. Very disappointed I’ll never come back to chipotle. I haven’t eaten here in years and this just reminded me why I won’t come back.

The customer service here is phenomenal! They have a great team of individuals who are not skimpy with the food and keep the line moving. Everyone was very professional and the food was delicious! When I requested extra rice, the associate happily obliged with no attitude unlike other locations I have visited. The portions were large enough for 2 people! I will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Went in this morning and I have to say- the staff was so incredibly friendly this am! Everything was clean, tidy, fast and friendly. The staff talked to me and really brightened my day! The time they took to be considerate and kind was impressive! I feel like life is so rushed and people forget to just be people- to connect- to actually make eye contact and talk! It was so refreshing and wonderful to have such courteous people who were helpful and engaging! Thank yall! Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter!

We catered with them last week. When you pickup just make sure you identify yourself as a cater pickup. They also forgot our rice and queso. They called and told us about the queso but still forgot the rice. Food was up to standards.

I’ve been ordering the same thing here for over three years without any issues, but this location was a huge disappointment. The staff was extremely rude, and I was nickeled-and-dimed over items that have never been a problem before. The customer service was poor and felt unnecessary. I won’t be returning to this location and will stick to other Chipotle restaurants that are clearly better managed.

I’ve been going to this location for quite some time. There’s a few things to say about their food here. Sometimes they’ll be out of rice, pico, meat, and the guac won’t be fresh. Every time you can gaurentee there will be cross contamination. I avoid dairy; Why are there many bits of cheese in the guacamole and it’s for an extra charge?
