I don’t know if employees have changed or what happened. Everything I’ve experienced lately has been unfortunate. My order prior to this made me ill, I reported this to the store and no response. I decided to give it one more try with points earned. Learned the hard way this location chooses when to lock their lobby doors during business hours. There is an odd drive thru that isn’t signed as the work around. Pizza looks flat and gummy and tastes about the same. Boneless wings are a safer bet with counting and spreading sauce over them being the only needed skill set. There was a time I would have recommended this place. That time had passed, easy to go to another option.

Late Sunday morning, I ordered a thin and crispy pineapple & jalapeño pizza. One side of the pizza top was burned. Any sauce on the pizza was dehydrated – gone. I could see large areas where there was no cheese.
I used to buy this same pizza at Pizza Hut in Ajo and Casa Grande. It was great. This one is unacceptable and I won’t return.

NOPE & NOPE!!! Less than helpful, they have a 3rd party delivery & went to the WRONG address, I didn’t even get my pizza or TIP money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The girl JESSICA worker, less than helpful & made me feel as if I DID something wrong. Will NEVER order again. Sorry Jessica, but you are a terrible problem solver & should not be working w the pizza public!!!!

Nasty pizza and won’t take phone calls to busy doing nothing because nobody orders from there any ways. My fault for even ordering from this location. Attitude’s from every employee when trying to speak about an order. Smdh

I feel bad for those workers inside— there’s absolutely no air conditioning! Its 115 outside and I was burning up just waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. The food is bleh. The male manager seems out of it. The workers were OK. Just seems like nobody wanted to be there. Oh and they premake pizzas and heat it up for you! I didn’t appreciate that but it did explain the funky taste. Wont come back. Needs AC and a new group of employees.

Can’t even rate the food. I walked out. Pizza hut is my favorite and when I walked in. The guy at the register was irritated and SHAKING his head and rolling his eyes at the guest in front of him. Greasy disgusting shirt and poor attitude. I spent my money somewhere else. Which is too bad. I love pizza hut

I use to like the manager at this location our concerns use to get addressed. But some concerns more recently. We were given a bone and was counted as a wing in a 6 piece order then was told there would be a credit but wasn’t according to the Shift manager at night, who was very rude and useless unable to make a judgment call on her own, said she “will get in trouble” for correcting the sorry wings we were given.

If I could give zero I would. 4 times straight food has been wrong. Even after calling and speaking with 2 managers. Even after getting it remade. On one occasion even someone ate some of my pizza and decided to still send it. I have no idea what is going on with this location as I’ve never had these issues before. And now that I haven’t had them in awhile the 3 times I order its all wrong. Also just FYI I learned they prepare the pizzas ahead of time for the day…….hence getting it wrong as they do not want to add anything on the pre-made ones. So to pay the prices they have and still kot get what you are ordering is a let down. I will mo longer order from here today was the last straw.
