We placed an order for garlic breadsticks and a 3 topping large pizza. The pizza was very sparce on pepperoni and sausage but the breadsticks were good. Food was ready quickly and service was great.

I have never really been a fan of Papa John’s. But a friend didn’t have money to feed her child so I figured I’d give them another chance and buy my friend and her child some food: when I picked up the pizza and go to my friends house. I opened the box and not only did they mess up my order, but they also made it completely wrong. No big surprise there. I just can’t believe the amount of money they charge you for a pizza that tastes worse than gas station food. That location clearly needs new management and new employees that take pride in the work they do. This was the Elkhart location. I won’t be returning…

Ordered online so can not rate the service or atmosphere. Papa John on Cassopolis street lacks the consistency of making a good pizza. One minute the crust is soggy and doesn’t hold firm the next time your order it’s burnt and hard to eat. The pizza and cheese sticks were not even cut.

Everytime I come here, i am here for a doordash order and they always take forever to give me the order! They always tell me to wait and i always have to wait 10-15 minutes extra longer than the original time they told me it was going to be. They just goof around and aren’t focused on their job. I’m never someone who posts such a bad review but the service is terrible here.

I love the pizza here but what’s disappointing and alarming is no one wears gloves or sanitizes their hands. No hairnets or hats, I watched a young lady with a very beautiful hair swing her hair all over the food as she’s making the pizza and it only made me wonder how much hair is getting into the food I have been a chef for over 15 years and as a entrepreneur, I just would want my food handled how I handle my customers and client food. It’s kind of confusing and if you mention it, everyone gets angry, and you have to worry about them doing something to your food. I may have to find another location or stop eating them all together.
