Wow! We started with the corn ribs and would highly recommend, it was an amazing balance of spice and every bite was divine. We then got a vegan pizza to share (minus the tofu burrata), the base was so crisp and light and had a good flavor to it, the sauce had an amazing flavour and the toppings worked so well together. The ambience in this place is amazing!! The lower lighting is not harsh and really adds to the experience. The environment feels very calm even when it is busy. Would highly recommend

Great place that serves some tasty pizzas and starters! What I like is that their range is focused with a good mix of sides, starters and drinks. This keeps the options simple and the food superb. Loved the Meatza Pizza and the Mozzarella sticks and chapped salad. Super fresh! We will be back!

We had a fantastic dinner here! The pizza was the star of the night—perfectly crisp on the outside with a soft, flavorful crust, and topped with fresh ingredients that made every bite memorable. The Buratta pizza had some lemon oil that elevated it to the next level. My husband got the Meatza and enjoyed it. The Caesar salad was delicious with a rich and tangy dressing, and just the right amount of parmesan and black pepper. Even the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which can be hit or miss at many places, were absolutely delicious—perfectly roasted with a great balance of seasoning and texture. We would come back!

Great spot for date night! Tables are spread out so it didn’t feel very busy even though it was. The food was delicious! Got the vegan pizza and the vegan Brussels sprouts appetizer which was my favourite . The tofu burrata was a great touch on the pizza, but it would be great to see maybe some vegan cheese added into the base of the pizza in the future. Service was attentive and staff were very friendly

Great food & ambience at Flour & Water Pizza. The gluten free pizzas (meetza) was tasty plus the chop salad was the best we’ve ever had – I think 18 ingredients! Shout out to the manager Madison for creating this experience for all the patrons.

$22-25 per round of great pizza. Our favorite was the burrata, which was a perfect blend of Neapolitan + NY style. The dough and the crust sre NYC style but the toppings are more Neapolitan, minimalist and high quality. Give this place a try if you’re in the area for pizza.

The other reviews are pretty accurate. This place has a limited menu and seems to have really quality ingredients. I would have rated it higher if we would’ve tried a wider range of items. I think the thin crust pizza could’ve been a bit crisper, but the flavor was excellent.
I included a picture of the meatballs, which were very good, but not served piping hot. The pizza took a little longer to prepare, but was fresh and tasty. The other reviews include items from the menu, which were not available on the day that we ate. I would have ordered the Brussels sprouts.
Service was attentive, and everyone seemed very friendly. It was a Tuesday early afternoon and the crowd was very thin. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Perhaps one of the best pizza dough in SF. Chewy, airy and balanced by the right amount of salt. Pesto pizza was tasty with freshly made pesto. Smoked eggplant pizza perhaps was a little disappointing, just not the smoky aroma you would hoped for and slightly too sweet.
Overall, definitely one of the best pizza place in town.

Love their vegan pizza! This is our second time dining here and the food is really good! My husband got a pesto pizza and enjoyed it immensely.

Great place, I had a gluten free pizza and wife had a regular. The pizza was incredible as a celiac, I did unfortunately react from cross contamination. They do have through own oven, but coming later in the day I’m sure it’s tied to the amount of prep going on. My wife said her pizza was the best she has ever had!
