Want to shout out about not only this bar, but the workers also! Went into this place expecting just another novelty pop up style bar, but after only a few minutes of being inside completely changed me. The manager (Reagan) came right to our table and introduced herself and told us all about the food (the bar is uses dirty bird for food ) that was amazing. Got us a round of pickle shots for being new! And made us feel more than welcome there. Dakota the bartender was amazing. We went in for lunch and ended up staying for hours just because of them!. Tried all of their pickle themed drinks and when they say they have the coldest chilled glasses in the area they are speaking the truth. Never had a colder glass in my entire life! Definitely give this place a check out! We will definitely make the drive to see them all again 10/10

Very nice place on State Street in Sycamore. I had the bone in wings, they were very good my wife had a cheeseburger and she enjoyed it. Our waitress said that the cheese steak sandwiches are one of their specialties. They have many interesting cocktails.

The food was delicous. My husband got the pickle burger which was yummy but I can say my pickle Philly was better. The portions were perfect. Someone mentioned not enough meat but there is plenty, it’s just the queso makes it sink. It is EXTREMELY messy due to the queso but it makes the sandwich. We will 100% come again. They opened about 1 week ago and were pretty busy at 1p on a sunday. Keep in mind it’s a new business and they only had one server/bartender today and she did great despite the crowd.

Walked in and immediately loved the atmosphere! My husband and I sat at the bar and were served delicious pickle-lomas right away :). The entire staff was kind and helpful! It was busy, but not chaotic. There were no delays in our amazing appetizers and the meal followed just in time after that. I had the pickle burger and it was amazing! This will become a new frequent date night choice for us! Everyone and everything was amazing!!!

I love their beers. Drekker Brewery brews great fruit beers. They have them. I really like the Angry Pickle Philly Sandwich on toasted bread. My wife loves the Buffalo Flat Bread. The atmosphere is nice when not very crowded.

Went to The Angry Pickle for a friend’s night out and was a really good time! Noticed they were really busy but that was to be expected as they just opened. The pickle idea was what everyone was most excited about so we got the fried pickle chips as an app. All the food, entrees and apps, were really well made and the fries are seasoned so well! We are very excited to continue to come back and see their success!

My wife & I wanted to check this place out. Around 3pm & only 1 other couple there, but quickly grew to 5 couples. Bartender was great! Drinks & appetizers were good Definitely will come again!

My hubby had the pickle Philly and I had the pickle burger. We were both very pleased with how well the meals tasted and the seasoning on the fries! My hubby has had a rough time finding a good Philly around town and he thinks this will be his new favorite spot for lunch! The owner checked up on our table a couple of times and it was very appreciated! The service was great, she was very sweet, a little slow but that is to be expected with a new resturant. Our drinks came out within a reasonable time, the atmosphere was very inviting! We sat by the window and the natural light was so beautiful! I recommend taking the time to look at the fun drawings in the entrance and maybe make one of your own! I think that was the most fun after our meal, we wrote on the wall. If you REALLY like pickle and get the pickle-marg, ask for a bit more pickle juice! I was so blessed that when I said “it’s not enough pickle” the server right away offered to bring pickle juice and I swear that made my night I love pickles so much and this will be a resturant we come back to ❤ I can’t wait to try all of the other pickle options, I finally feel seen as a pickle lover thank you staff! ❤️

My girlfriend, our two friends, and I went in on official opening day. The staff were friendly and our server was very attentive. We tried the noon whistle pickle beer, and a pickle sour cocktail. They were both pretty good. I tried the pickle Philly, My girlfriend had the chicken sandwich. I ended up liking the pickle cream cheese on the Philly a bit more than I expected. The shoestring fries were really good. The chicken sandwich, which is brined with pickle juice, was very good. We finished off with some shots that we chased with a pickle back. Overall, I would be happy to come back again sometime.

Pickle philly with chicken was alright, bread was a bit soggy and would have been better if it was toasted maybe. The chicken bacon ranch wrap wasn’t very flavorful and tasted like canned chicken. The pickle burger spread was good but the burger it’s self wasn’t very seasoned, the bun would have been better lightly toasted. The spicy pickle-rita wasn’t spicy and just had a bland jalapeno flavor. There was only 6 other people in the bar and the service was slow and the owner didn’t greet us or visit the table and ask how everything was. I would try again after they’ve been open awhile, the atmosphere was nice and the bar is super cute.
