We make it a point to stop here once a week while driving to Sandusky. This is by far the BEST Wendy’s we have been to!!! Drive thru service is excellent! We have ordered different items and no problems what so ever! Food is always fresh and fries are always hot! In a time where service has lagged for the prices, this place excels and has raised the bar!

This location is perpetually busy at lunch, but the food is always fresh and accurate. I don’t know if it’s just a matter of the number of customers they receive or if they may be understaffed, but they’re doing a great job despite the long line.

Extremely slow service, only to finally get food and it was literally cold, as we were waiting for coffee to be made. Worst experience ever at a Wendys, rhe whole chain seems to be quickly going downhill.

The Anthony R. Messed up my order by not doing my modifications that I asked for. I asked for a chicken sandwich (Plain) I asked him if he put plain and he said yeah and when I went to look at my receipt it didn’t say plain. Also I was waiting in line for a second time he clearly seen me and just stood there as the line progressively got longer. I just wanted a chilli and a frosty but he clearly didn’t take my order after waiting about 10 minutes.

I ordered online, and it was so easy! I pulled up to the drive-thru, and all I had to say was I ordered online and gave my name. It was a reasonably large order, and they didn’t forget anything. I didn’t know you could pay with Google. That’s so much easier than having to enter your credit card info. What I loved- Easy, and fast, and the food was ready when I got there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn’t plan on dining at the busiest time of the day, but they were fantastic! The line for the drive-thru reached out past the road. Lunch hour, and they were packed. It didn’t matter, and they were fantastic! I went inside today, I thought it’d be too much inside, but it wasn’t. Nice and cool, clean and comfortable, and the staff were amicable. Our food came out within minutes, hot and fresh. I will come back, even during lunch hour. I ordered a Strawberry Summer salad; wow! If I can find that house dressing for at home, I would without hesitation!

Went to the drive thru got what use to be a 5 dollar biggy bag a bacon actor and a baked potato came to over 21 dollars I understand the sandwich is 9 the 5 dollar biggy bag is now 7 that means a baked potato with extra sour cream was 5 dollars it’s fast food I won’t be going back

Drive through experience sucked. Bought a combo meal, 2 Chili’s and a baked potato. Got back to where we were staying and no sandwich. I get it -probably should have checked but, come on – missing the sandwich from the combo meal? Experience just sucked.
