We’ve been loyal customers for over 6 years, ordering almost every week. Recently, we found a small piece of metal baked into our pizza. We informed the staff right away, but never received a follow-up or even an apology. Very disappointing, especially after years of supporting this business.

The food is delightful and the service is just as good. The atmosphere is not my type of scene, hence why I tend to order take out. It’s definitely a cool local spot to hang out and eat though.
The bartender and pizza guy are awesome people. Stop in and say hello and grab some good food. The guy who makes the pizzas learned from the guys over in Hoboken, NJ. Which means the pizza is GOOD!

I have been a lifelong resident of Homestead and, until recently, had never dined at Son of a Pizza. A few days ago, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to share and found it to be absolutely delicious. Son of a Pizza has earned its place as my new go-to pizza spot.

Paper thin pizza, literally thinner than their beer coaster (see my pictures). Wings crunchy and dry as well (again see pictures).
We asked for extra sauce when ordering the pizza and it came out with very little. When I asked for more, we were handed a tiny cold cup of sauce. No acceptable for a $34 dollar pizza! Cheese was not cheesy and barely sprinkled on as well.
After almost a $70 meal, both my wife and I left not happy with the quality of the food and the lack of care. When I nicely brought up my concerns I was dismissed.
Save yourself the money and go somewhere that cares because they clearly don’t anymore. At the time of this post, their last 5 bad reviews over the last 6 months all have been ignored, as I’m sure this one will likely be as well. Turn and burn service here… sad.

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!! We usually order the sausage and pepperoni thin crust medium pizza. The pizza is very well made, fresh and gooey. Toppings are plentiful. The wings are okay (average). We’ve been ordering from here since we came to Florida and let me tell you, they do not disappoint!!

Ive been a local guide and was going through all my reviews and couldnt believe I never have posted a review for son of a pizza. I went to high-school with Dylan same graduating class , my mom opened his bank account and always attended him in the bank. I would go with friends to eat and drink and he would attend me. The pizza is amazing and the beers are almost to the point of freezing but don’t freeze. Dylan was my friend and had the purest soul he literally would give his shirt off his back for anyone. Even though I have relocated up north Florida I want you to know that this establishment is like none other it’s amazing the energy the vibes everything. He would tell my mom that he was going to have his parents open an account with her. I will always visit Son of Pizza when I go south and Dylan has always been in my mind.

I’ve been coming to this place for years. My 5 year old asked to come Once a weeo for their pasta.. My favorite is there garlic rolls. There pizza and wings are excellent far superior over any other pizza in town. I mustvyell you if you love garlic get it on everything pizza…wings…pasta, honestly it’s amazing. If that isn’t enough they also offer deep fried oreos with ice cream

Service was good, place was a good sports bar. But the food wasn’t that good. I had the wings and they tasted like fish, apparently from using the same oil from the seafood they cook.
