Today was my first time at a Potbelly. I came because I saw a great ranking on the meatball sub. It was okay, not the best. The meatballs were moist but overall the sandwich was pretty bland even with their Italian seasoning on it. There was hardly any cheese and the marinara sauce was almost tasteless. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again.

I just went here for the first time for my birthday and it was awesome!! I had a pizza melt that was fantastic. I’ve had some not so good pizza sandwiches before but this one, was great! Preston and Maria were very nice and it was a wonderful time. The Mac and cheese left a little to be desired but the shake and sandwiches were fantastic. Will be back!!

Very good sandwich shop in University Hills Shopping Center. There is a good selection of sandwiches, soups/salads and other things. The tuna & Swiss was excellent especially as a half sandwich paired with a cup of chili. The sandwich was toasted and delicious. The chili had just the right spiciness for me. The portion size was perfect for lunch for me. I also liked the strawberry milkshake which had a lot of flavor. Even the cookie which came with the shake wasvgood.

Service was very good. They were polite and kept the line moving even though it was busy. They were all smiling too. The place has a lot of indoor seating as well as some tables outside. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

There’s a lot of parking in the vicinity of the restaurant, but it was congested at lunchtime today.

The server did not pay attention or listen to not only what I said but also completely ignored my child and wife. Mis charged me and had to process card multiple times and explain multiple times my order. I do not understand why if you cannot hear why you being a cashier.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a large italian sandwich with avocado to share with a friend, but what I was served was completely unappetizing. The avocado slices were gray, mushy, and clearly not fresh (see photo). When I politely asked about it, the staff refused to remake my sandwich or offer any real solutions. The employee working behind the bar said all of their avocados “look like that”, and probably wouldn’t be able to find a better avocado or remake the sandwich. After showing him the avocado, the employee cut up another avocado that was much less brown (but still not fresh) and put it in a cup, suggesting that we scrape the old avocado off the sandwich and put on the new sandwich. He was rude and unwilling to help. He continued to stare at us until we left.

At little history here before I begin my review here. Before Potbelly came into existence at this location used to be a Schlotzsky’s restaurant which went defunct unfortunately. Went here only once in the 2000s to try their food which was pretty good btw. Service was great, atmosphere is pretty laid back, and employees were cordial and very professional. Since moving to Minnesota in 2019 have found that Potbelly restaurants out here in Minnesota are not the same as in Denver which is sad in my opinion.

Slammin sandwiches, good atmosphere & great staff at this location. I had the Avo turkey but I’ll be back to sample more items from the menu. Soft bread and fresh ingredients. I want to taste the broccoli cheddar soup
The prices are reasonable also.

So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa

So I ordered a Cuban sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Open the sandwich up looks like ham to me little pork someone clearly didn’t feel like doing their job. The soup had no broccoli and taste like water. No thank you I won’t be back
