I had to double-check my order because I genuinely thought I got a veggie bowl by mistake. Turns out it was a chicken bowl—just with barely any chicken. Maybe 10% meat, the rest was all rice, lettuce, and other fillers.
If I wanted a salad with rice, I would’ve ordered that. At this point, Chipotle should just rename it “Find the Chicken” bowl. Not worth it. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The worst portioning I ever received in a chipotle. I asked for extra white rice and they gave me half a fingernail worths of rice. I’ve been to the union square location and I’ve never had a problem with them ever being stingy about food. I can count the lettuce pieces given and the amount of sour cream given for “extra sour cream” is incredibly underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody, walk the 6 to 8 blocks to union square, you’ll get a better experience there.

This is one of the first times I actually have to write a review considering how bad the food and service is here. The workers genuinely don’t care about their customers, and they are extremely stingy about the portioning.

Double Protein (Chicken and Smoked Brisket)
White Rice, Beans, Normal Lettuce, Light on Cheese, Salsa, Corn, Guac on side
I can literally count the shreds of lettuce and cheese they gave me… Protein was basically the portioning of one serving.
For a $20+ bowl I opened my bowl to be disappointed, and it was basically only half full.

I bought a burrito at the location on Spring Street, but their soda/water machine was broken. (I’m Diabetic so I only get water. I rode my bike to this location and was given a water cup when I asked.
I sat down in the front by the window and began to inject my insulin, (it’s the only way I can eat carbs). I was interrupted by an employee saying, “The lobby is closed.” I said, “ok, I’m injecting insulin,” while the insulin pen/needle was still in my skin. The supervisor then came and gave me a hard time for needing a moment to finish so that I could leave. She was looking at me with the most judgemental look. I showed them my blood sugar sensor on my arm and the isulin pen. She still looked at me like was some weirdo. Sigh.
I literally just wanted to eat my burrito in peace and in a dry area. (Is wet/raining today). I ended up sitting on a stoop across the street. It was 9:55pm. when I was asked to leave. Chipotle closes at 11pm.

I do not have photos but we got two huge burritos and it was very very fast. Highly recommended. Everything was fresh and delicious. The only no – bathroom was closed.

Never open on time been here at 10:45 over a dozen times never opens until 11. Also people at this location can’t seem to wrap a burrito properly. (Avg chipotle is a 4 this is definitely a below average location)

i’ve been to multiple chipotles but this one is so horrible. i would give it a zero star if i could but this is actually insane. i read the reviews and thought people were overreacting about the portion they give, clearly not. This is honestly unacceptable for the price we are paying, barely a scoop of chicken so little rice it’s crazy. the guac in the picture was squished around didn’t eat it yet but this is what i’ve got and how little they give. especially the amount of meat and the fact that we are paying for it. i also did ask for more rice due to the fact that the guy gave me so little and not full scoops. He ends up giving me half of a half after i asked. This is crazy never again will i come to this location.

You can’t even make this up.I paid 22 for a drink, and a burrito is that a barely put 3 oz of chicken. They are mad stingy with the food. I suggest you go anywhere else. This has got to be one of the worst chipotles. I’ve ever went to absolute waste of money

NEVER eating here again. Got charged $23 for my meal. Had a coupon for free chips and was told better luck next time when the guy (his name is Andre by the way) refused to tell me if it got the coupon when I asked if it got the free chips. Andre, I hope you’re happy about charging me when you’ll be hearing about it. Go spend your money at the local bagel shop or ramen place just down the streeet. NEVER eating at this Chipotle ever again, and I encourage everyone to do the same.
