Workers were super nice. We came to Lake Isabella to enjoy the trails, nature, and scenery. We were starving and saw this place on the side of the road. There’s a nice little grass area for our puppy and to enjoy the pizza. The pizza was hot, cheesy, thick, and full of flavor. Great pizza, customer service, and great experience overall.

Tasty quality and hit the spot! Our family of 4 enjoyed a large Hawaiian. They were accommodating with requesting one quarter of it cheese for our cheese only kid. It was delicious. We love the saying on the wall and had our kids read it. Thank you for being open on NYE, Pizza Factory!

Second time eating from here. The first experience was bad timing on our part, choosing to go during dinner hours resulted in a super long wait (about an hour or so) but we didn’t call ahead so no blame to the restaurant there. Even if we were wanting to point a finger, we would quickly put it down because the food is DELICIOUS. This experience was much faster as we ordered ahead and even late but they were so so kind about it.. Once again food was hot, fresh, well seasoned and great portions. Both times we’ve enjoyed a large calzone (pepperoni, cheese, ham, canadian bacon) which easily could fill 2 people if not 3!..a pizza last time, and the garlic and artichoke pizza with white sauce this time. I can’t forget the twisted bread with garlic and butter. Yumm. I definitely applaud this restaurant for it’s fresh and delicious food. We will continue to order here. Pricing is fair for such great portions and an A+ to the customer service as well!

We were coming into town late and needed to get some grub, get to the hotel, and crash out to be on the road to find the fish. Pizza Factory was one of the only places open at 830pm. They took our order less than half an hour before closing. We arrived 10 min before closing to grab our pizza and salads. We were greeted with smiles. They outfitted us with all the plates, napkins, forks, cheese, pepper flakes, and even ranch we didn’t ask for(good ranch too!). The pizza was delicious after a long day. I had a great experience at this pizza place! The pizza was delicious with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. What really stood out was the super friendly service. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Order sandwiches. Great price, wonderful quality, generously sized, and friendly staff. Can’t vouch for the pizza but the sandwich meat and bread on the warm awesome sandwich were first rate.
