One of the Best Burgers on the East Side of the Valley!
I’m not usually a big hamburger person, but this place has definitely earned a spot on my short list of go-to burger joints. Hands down, some of the best hamburgers in the East Valley—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We also tried the chocolate peanut butter shake, and it was incredible.
It’s takeout only, so there’s not much of an atmosphere inside, but they do have a few outdoor tables if you want to stay and eat. The staff was genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming—the kind of service that makes you want to support the business even more. I left seriously considering picking up gift cards to give out throughout the year. Highly recommend!

This was our first time ordering. I couldn’t justify a really low rating, but I certainly couldn’t give five stars. I the burger and waffle fries were delicious! And I was super happy about the availability of a gluten free bun. However, quality control could use some work maybe? I ordered mushrooms on my burger. I hope whoever places the one, singular mushroom slice was at least amused with themselves? I mean, leaving them off completely I could have chalked up to just an oversight, but one mushroom slice?

Stopped here with my son so he could grab a bite to eat. Brian was awesome! Yes you can just order on the kiosk but Brian greeted us when we walked in and even offered to take our order. This being our first time and not sure what was what, he walked us through the kiosk which as helpful because of the pics and descriptions for each item. After ordering he offered to bring our food out to us, asked if we need anything else and was just awesome. Thanks Brian! Well definitely be back!

Our favorite burger in Queen Creek! Consistent delicious food every time. One time DoorDash messed up my order and the owner called me at 8PM to apologize which was so kind he even offered delivering the food himself.

Um YUM. I was not expecting much from this little place, but the food was delicious. The BBQ sauce is . Highly recommend.
Took off 1/2 due to price. $17.35 for a combo feels pretty pricey. $13-14 feels more reasonable.
That said, for a splurge every now and again, I’ll be back for sure.

My husband & I heard a lot of great things about Underground Burger so we went for dinner tonight to check them out for the first time. It quickly became a new favorite! We each got a double underground burger & waffle fries with ranch. Everything was hot & fresh, absolutely delicious. The burgers were massive & very filling. Staff was friendly as well. It’s just a little on the pricier side, spent almost $40 for us both with no drinks. But regardless, we’ll certainly be back.

OMG, the burgers, fries and shake were so good! It was my first time and I was with my fiancé. I tried the shake of the month…cookie butter!!! It’s AMAZING! They need to keep this on the menu permanently!! The burger was nice, juicy and a little messy (which i like it just like that)! It was perfection at its best!! Just wish they had a bigger place to sit inside and eat!! However, we ate outside and had a wonderful time talking about this meal!! Anytime, we want a burger, waffle or crinkle fries with fry sauce and a shake… this is where we will go from now on!!

Man this place was good! I think the prices are great and the food was fantastic. The burger was juicy and flavorful which is more than I can say for many places these days. The fries were delicious and the portion size I would dare say was a bit to big but again no something I can complain about at most places these days. My biggest recommendation would be to order ahead of time because it’s not fast food persay and there is no seating so you have to awkwardly stand in the lobby or out front. But a welcome addition to Queen Creek and will definitely be back many times.

We stopped in from Phoenix just to get one of these bad boys! I got a double underground burger with bacon and pickles added. My daughter got chicken tenders that were hot crunchy and huge! The waffle fries and secret sauce were amazing as well. Service, chef and owner were top tier. If you’re looking for a little gem for burgers, give this spot a try. Fyi price was similar to McDonald’s meals, but the food was 100x better.

I got the Bourbon & Bacon Burger 1/3 lbs. beef patty, pepperjack cheese, bacon, onion rings, topped with a sweet bourbon BBQ sauce on a brioche bun added jalapeños, sautéed onions and mushrooms. I gotta say it’s the BEST DAMN burger I have ever tasted! The onion rings on the side were amazing as well. My wife got the chicken sandwich and was dancing as she was eating it!
We are definitely coming back again! I recommend this place 100% to anyone. The menu is perfect not over loaded with all kinds of verity. Simple but delicious!
