Horrible drive threw customer service, couldn’t understand her. Got home and the biscuits were hard as rocks, very little gravy. Chicken sat in warmer too long. Will not be going back, waste of money.

Food is normally good, problem I have is the don’t put everything in that you order. Two times straight in the row they have forgotten an item that I had ordered, first time I ordered a three piece and only got a two piece and the other time as I ordered an extra large side and never got it. Sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Ordered my food they did not have extra crispy (like normal never have any extra crispy) so I ordered original. Got to the window then they inform me that they are out of all bread. So I asked for a discount because I was not getting all the food I ordered. Manager said no so I left with nothing. Will never go back. So we went to la cocina and had great food in fifteen minutes.
