I went today 08/30/2025 to pick up a online order as I pulled up there was cars around the building and. I thought dang a wait but in amazement one individual the manager ina yellow shirt n long hair had that line out in 10 minutes alone no crew just him in there taking orders payments and making pizza if anything this man needs recognition and will definitely receive a lunch from me cause there was no attitude and nothing but smiles why serving each of us

Amber the “manager” handled my dissatisfaction horribly. My food was cold, my cheese puffs were filled with pepperoni. I paid for extra sauce which doesn’t feel right to me but I didn’t get any sauce what so over. I didn’t get my 2 desserts. My pizza was crushed by the box lid. Where I asked for a refund. She said since I got most of my food I couldn’t get a refund. Just not well handled at all.

I can’t think of a worse customer service experience I’ve had. The manager was rude and raising her voice because they messed up our previous order and refused to make it right. In addition, the Crazy Puffs were maybe 1/4″ thick and not edible. Called customer service and the person that called me back wasn’t helpful.

I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and asked for it to be fresh when I got the box of pizza. It wasn’t burning my lap. That was the first indication something was wrong upon checking the pizza had an extremely light quality giving me the impression that it was not done pizza being one of my favorite foods, I was instantly Saddened. I returned to the drive-through to replace the same order when I got to the window sales representative exhibited extremely poor customer service. She acted as if she owned the pizza joint herself as if she made the pizza and I had offended her when I just simply wanted the pizza made correctly, I thought the customer was always right. I guess I thought wrong. It was a horrible customer service experience. I would recommend every restaurant except this one. I have a background and customer service so I know when something is not right.

The pizza here is very good. Majority of the time the pizza is fresh. However, if you do not order in advance, you’ll be waiting there for quite awhile. Me and my brother went one time and it took them an hour for them to get just regular pepperoni pizzas. Although if you’re willing to wait that long for pizza, I think it’s worth the wait. All in all, its not hot-n-ready, it’s more like hot-but-not-ready.

We tried to tell the manager at the drive in window we had been waiting to place an order and she yelled “We’re Closed” them she slammed the window shut.

I’ve always had pretty good quality pizza at this location and staff has always been friendly.
I was disappointed with my most recent visit though. I went through the drive thru for a hot and ready lunch combo. They asked to pull to the side and they’d bring it out when it was ready. After almost 25 minutes of waiting I drove back to the window and had to wait almost another 5 minutes to get it.
It was unexpected and hopefully won’t happen again.
I will still use this as my priority Little Caesars

They never cook the pizza all the way. It’s like they hire people or kids that can’t cook or just don’t care if they get their customers sick. The Little Caesars in Dollarway is better. At least they take their time to make it right. This one make you wait 10 to 20 minutes just to get a half cooked pizza

The fact that I called and placed a order and was told it will be 15 mins get there on time just to wait in a line for 5 mins for them to tell me that my order was never taken and it was going to be 10 mins for them to make it… meanwhile I guess he was a manager..he got some weight on him…he walking around eating…they let anybody answer the phone because whoever lil buddy was he seemed as if he wasn’t trained for it…then it was so many people parked waiting for food…that’s just crazy…now I have to go somewhere else last minute for food to feed little kids
