I stopped in yesterday at peak lunch time, there was an online order of at least 15 items, with probably another 10-15 online orders after that. The staff worked so well together and were so friendly and kind, even under the pressure. They balanced getting the online orders done with the many customers in line with much grace. I was so impressed with the staff, and my sandwich was fabulous as well! Keep up the great work!

We stopped at Jersey Mike’s and had an overall great experience. The subs were fresh, flavorful, and made quickly—which was perfect for our on-the-go day. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, which had a great balance of flavor without being too heavy.
The kids had the cold turkey sandwich and enjoyed it—simple, classic, and kid-approved. My only small complaint is that there weren’t many veggie-forward options, which would be nice for one of my kiddos who prefers more veggies!
That said, we’ll definitely be back. It’s not my #1 favorite sub spot, but it’s good, convenient, and the staff was friendly and efficient. A solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal!

Definitely worth it. I lived in Portland Oregon for awhile last year and I was a frequent flyer at the Jersey Mike’s out there. Fantastic. Was definitely great having the Philly I remember with the Midwest Flare. Keep up the great work.

Whoever worked the grill on 10/01/24 around 6pm needs a raise. The sandwich I ordered has to be in the top 3 I’ve had in my entire life, and I mean all sandwiches I’ve ever had. I asked for extra meat, mushrooms, etc, and you could tell there was extra. Perfectly cooked. I honestly wish I had a bigger stomach so I could eat more.
Now onto the store.
I’ve never been disappointed with food orders here. This is honestly my favorite sub place. I will actually get cravings for their Phillys. Staff is always a pleasure to deal with. And consistency of quality food is definitely there. If it’s not the same as the previous time I’ve gone, it’s because, like this time, somehow it was even better than before.

Service is fast and sandwiches are prepared fresh and deliciously. This is my go-to sandwich place in Hudson (sorry JJs)
I’d recommend is going easy on the oil/vinegar (“Juice”) if you get it “Mike’s Way”. The bottom bread will get soggy before you get home (still tastes good)
The pepper relish is so good I grabbed a jar of it the last time I was in. Goes on lots of food at home now

Food was good but it took over 15 minutes to get a sandwich with 4 people in front of me. Perhaps focus on the customers in front of you instead of online orders that nobody was there to pick up. I’ve never seen employees move slower and then I didn’t tip due to the wait and the guy just sat there and held on to my sandwich twisting the bag…Unless you have time to kill. I would not recommend.

Never had Jersey Mike’s before but tried it for the first time and got the #43 sub. Upon walking in the restaurant was very clean and presentable and there was plenty of staff working compared to many other places. Staff were polite and quick and the food tasted great! Absolutely exceeded my expectations and not sure why I never thought to try it sooner. Pretty reasonable pricing as well
