Sonic offers a variety of americana style foods from hamburgers to chill dogs and chicken items to Ice cream desserts. The best part is the endless possibilities of types of drinks available. Offering everything from slushes to soft drinks and endless types of add ins to make the drink as unique as you would like. Fairly priced. Its a drive up and order and eat from your car style of restaurant, although most have a small sectional of outdoor seating available.

Been to few Sonics, this one is the worst I’ve been to. We waited more than 20 minutes to get a kids meal,hamburger, chicken sandwich, drinks and the order wasn’t right. The outdoor seating area needed cleaned. On the good side, food was hot and fresh. I try not to put negative post about a establishment, but this was one of the worst Sonics I’ve been to.

Caney sonic has ruined the sonic franchise for me and my family and that’s sad to say because I was a life long fan of seeing my food delivered by someone on skates with a friendly face however every single time I have been to this sonic my food has been nasty and not done correctly the staff is always rude and the equipment is always broken I still have coupons from November for slushes because they still have not fixed there equipment

They will constantly get your order wrong and if you show up and a woman is taking your order, LEAVE. The woman that is usually on the speaker after 5pm will not understand you. She will constantly get your order wrong and catch an attitude because she doesn’t know how to hear to get the orders correctly. You’ll save so much time just driving to Coffeyville. At least they will get your order correctly and their food/drinks aren’t wrong and gross.

I ordered a garlic butter BACON cheeseburger and they forgot the bacon, barely any onions on it, and couldn’t even taste any garlic butter.. so basically a plain cheeseburger. Tasted like the burger was soaked in water, no flavor at all. Our fries and tots were also cold.

Stopped there for lunch a couple times over the past few weeks. Wait staff is friendly and the food has been fresh and on point. Definitely one of the better Sonic’s that I have been too in years.

Ok, so I go to different Sonics according to where my work takes me.
There’s a trend regarding both supersonic breakfast burritos,( I’ll call them BB’s) and cream slushes, (CS’s).
BB’s are down to (and I counted one) 4 pieces of sausage! CS’s get less and less ice cream!
One place and OK, it’s management but several and it’s corporate.
So after my 8th egg cheese and jalapeno burrito I’m done with Sonic for a while.
Someone needs to pass it on to someone .
Shame, cause I’ve loved Sonic food since … forever. I had my first ice cream slush (Orange like a dreamcikle) the first day it hit the menu and hundreds of times since.

Hi, i recently stopped at sonic in caney ks. I ordered a hot dog, tots, and a shake. My meal came promptly. I paid for the meal and gave a very good tip. When I picked up my shake the lid came off and the shake spilled all over my new $40,000 car, the shake went down between my seat and on to the carpet. I asked for a wet towel and got wet napkins . I expect that sonic will pay to have the carpet cleaned since the lid on the shake should have been put on the cup properly and wasnt. While I had to take the time to try and clean up the mess my meal got cold and wasn’t very good.
