The best pizza I’ve ever had by far! I ordered the cheesebread w/ beer cheese, and the cajun pizza. Perfect cheese pull, fantastic woodfired crust, just all around delicious. Workers were very friendly and attentive also. I will definitely be back!

I was extremely disappointed with my order tonight, The pizza was so undercooked that it was soggy on the crust, why my son gave a $4.90 tip I have no idea..Plus the pizza barely has any flavor. Papa John’s is better than this. They were not busy at all, so I don’t understand why they didn’t take time to make these pizzas right, I placed my order about 8:15 p.m. I called back to complain about my order, And the manager Matt was so apologetic and immediately offered a refund, along with a free pizza for my next order. I was beyond happy, And therefore I told them to keep the tip because they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I have never had such excellent customer satisfaction and service! Thank you Matt!!

This food was sooo good. We got the chicken and bacon pizza with extra cheese, half bbq and half ranch. Cheese bread with beer cheese. Service was quick and Beth was great. Definitely recommend this hidden gem!

This place is amazing! The pizza is definitely one of our favorites in the area! Made a little side trip when coming home from Ft Wayne tonight and it’s oh, so worth it! The service is great and the pizza is even better! Get the Mexican Street Corn Pizza while it’s available for the next 3 months or so! Go get some!

I don’t write a lot of reviews unless I highly enjoyed or majorly disliked something. This was a place I really enjoyed, so I had to share my experience. I’m not from around here, I was only in the area for the Midwest Geobash in Wauseon, Ohio, then back to Pennsylvania, I would go. But, the first night I arrived here, I wanted a pizza, but being from an area of pizza shops that cater to the Philadelphia palate, I’m pretty picky when it comes to a good pizze. I chose this place by accident, I was going to go to a place to the north, but they were packed for an event of some sort, and I’m glad they were, because I ended up here. I have never been to the state of Indiana before, yet somehow, I stumbled upon one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The crust was great, the sauce was phenomenal , and the cheese was fantastic. It’s hard to find a place that masters all 3, but this place did it. Not only that, but self-serve beer? I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting that at all. When I asked where my glass was and was introduced to the self-serve taps, I was in disbelief, I had never seen such a phenomenon before in my life. The employees were really nice, too, even assisted me with how to use the taps. I will definitely drive out of my way to stop in again next time I’m in the area. Whatever it is you are doing, keep doing it! That marinara sauce with the cheese bread is fire, and I highly recommend it! Will definitely pass the word on to my fellow travelers for when they’re in the area.

First time at Coterie pizza and I must say it’s well worth the trip. Had a traditional Margarita pizza. Great flavor and the crust was firm with a slight chew we ended up getting a cajun pizza, chicken, seasoned beef, green peppers, hot peppers and a spicy cajun drizzle. You’ll definitely feel the heat on this one. Lastly we got a traditional pepperoni, unfortunately they we out of honey so well have to get the hot honey pepperoni next time.

Cute little pizza place. Small munue the drinks are self serve including the beer apparently. We ordered the beer cheese dip that came with breadsticks, a caprese salad, and a peperoni pizza. The bread sticks and cheese dip were amazing. The salad was a letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it. The pizza was good it had a lot of fresh cheese and I likes the sauce. The waitress was nice and the rest of the staff seemed friendly.

9.23.2023: We finally made it back to Coterie Pizza and loved that every bit as much as the first time that we visited. We try to couple of different pizzas. We ordered the pepperoni sausage, spinach artichoke, mushroom medley, and hot honey pizzas. One of us also ordered a salad and thought it was very good! I still highly recommend this place no matter where you are in Fort Wayne or the surrounding areas.
We visited Coterie Pizza in Garrett this weekend and I have to say that that was really impressed. Here’s the TLDR as this review might get little long. Here are the two things you need to know. 1. The pizza is outstanding. 2. Self-serve beer wall. If you want to stop reading at this point and just go visit I don’t blame you. We decided to get four pizzas so we could taste as many as we could. We got the Cajun, Brisket, Mushroom Medley and Chicken Bruschetta. All four of them were very good and each of them were very flavorful in their own ways. The one thing that we found all of that pizza had in common was the amazing crust. The crust was perfectly cooked, it was the perfect blend of chewiness and crispness. The pizza was even very good cold as leftovers. It was very chewy cold BUT the thinness and airiness makes it easy to eat. If you’re still reading you won’t be disappointed. The other really amazing thing about this place was that they had a serve-yourself-pay-by-the-ounce beer/wine/cider wall. I personally have never seen anything like it. There are ten taps total. With 5 touch screen controls in which you select the beverage that you want. The screen shows you how much per ounce do you will be paying and then you scan and electronic wristband and start pouring! Screen shows you how many ounces you’ve poured and then you enjoy! At the end of the day you have them scan your wristband and they add the cost of what you consumed to your bill. It was a very unique experience and that combined with the amazing Pizza has me pining to go back as soon as possible. One thing I found out that they could improve upon is that I’m not sure that there’s any way to know what beverages they have on tap before you get there. I do not believe they are on the Untappd website yet but I did suggest that they take a look at that so that patrons could get an idea what they were serving before they got there. I highly recommend this place and plan to be making the trip up from Fort Wayne again as soon as possible.
