I’ve been stopping by this Jersey Mike’s about once a week since moving to the area, and it’s been consistently excellent. Every sandwich has been delicious and very filling, with generous portions of meat and a great balance of toppings. The bread is always fresh with just the right texture. The staff are friendly, fun, and welcoming. No drama, no surprises, just really good hoagies at a fair price. Highly recommend.

It was busy but the friendly staff kept everything moving quickly. The lettuce was a little brown but the food was good overall. I would definitely get the food again.

I went in for an Italian sub at 7:45 pm on 9/30/25 and it was very good. The ratio of meat and vegetables was perfect and the girl behind the counter making my sandwich was patient and kind as it was my first time at this establishment and it was well worth it. The specialty sodas are good as well. Definitely going back!

I am in the Catskills mountains for an internship this summer and was dying to get some miles with my friends. We walked into the store and it was quite clean and up to the standards I am used to in Rochester. Even though we were not greeted as we walked in. We ordered our subs and the slicer did not really talk much other than to ask us our orders. Also, his shirt was untucked and he was not wearing an apron. I can tell that uniform standards are very low for this particular location. We received our food and it was good but not a sub above. When my friends ordered Mike’s way, they gave us far less juice than the standard 2 oz. I ordered a 43 and the meat was not really chopped up as well as my onions and peppers in the sub. My friends ordered cold subs and received less meat than the standard weight the meat was not “built up not out”. Not to mention we received some abnormal prices of banana peppers in our subs that could have easily been avoided. We also asked for extra juice and did not receive it. Overall, our experience was ok, we got our food in adequate time and it was acceptable just not exceptional.

We ordered food through door dash, when we opened one of our sandwiches, a number 13, it had barely any meat on it, in addition it was supposed to contain several types of meat, which it most certainly did not have. I called to complain and asked if the sandwiches were weighed like they do in other Jersey Mike’s and was told that they don’t weigh every one, just every now and then. When I further questioned and asked if it meant that some sandwiches are made with the correct amount and some can be made with far less, she said “oh yeah it’s possible “. All I can say is they lost my business!!!

I’m a Jersey Mike’s lover. I order from about 3 locations fairly regularly. The quality and products are consistent, part of what keeps me coming back. That being said, this location is NOT the Jersey Mike’s l experience elsewhere. Cheese cut so thin you can see through it, considerably less meat than is the norm elsewhere. I thought maybe it was a fluke. I have tried 3 times and it’s the same. When the lettuce is way thicker than the 2 types of meat on a sandwich, there’s a problem. Friendly staff, sad sandwiches.

$30 for two hoagies. Barely any meat and saturated with vinegar to the point of soggy rolls. Just go to Arthur Ave and pay about the same and get quality sandwiches.

Wow! They just opened and had a crowd. We got two big subs. They were packed with meat and cheese and great!
Two weeks later, went back. Ordered a big Stickball sub. What a disappointment this time. Very, very little ham, single slice salami along the length of the sub. The slices of provolone cheese were so thin that you could look through them, They were singular along the length also. I looked at my daughter and asked, “You sure we didn’t go to that other sandwich chain by mistake? This sub is basically ’empty’.” Nope, not going back. I like consistency, not hit or miss. Very disappointed, Waited years, hoping Jersey Mikes would make it to this area, and now that it has, I’m going back to the deli that has consistent subs, filled with meat and flavor.

Never had Jersey mikes before. Not sure they had them in the city. Decided to try it. The worst sandwich. Well, maybe a little exaggerated, but I had the bacon ranch chicken, and my hubby had the famous Philly cheesesteak. Both were overcooked and burnt no garnishing on it or anything to make the sandwich moist and Edible. They had numerous orders unable to keep up the two on the grill Working very hard but slow as all there were people in there along with myself 30 to 40 minutes waiting on food. the black gentleman works his behind off. He was probably the only one that was multitasking, and the staff kept interrupting him to ask him questions he was making sandwiches, cutting cold, cuts, and taking orders all at the same time and still had everything on point. The girls at the register, very sweet and cute but lost in the sauce. I walked up when they finally made our food. The girl that handed it to me. All she did was ask me did I pay no proof of anything obviously I did pay, but anybody can walk in there and say they paid.. So needless to say, maybe I’ll give them another shot when they’re a little further in business but as of right now I’m gonna stay local. And I’m not even a local I’m a transplant so it has nothing to do with trying to keep money in the community. They honestly need monitoring because there is no one to keep the flow moving ( only the black gentleman was making sandwiches and carrying orders to the grill which should not be happening if he is preparing but with out him I don’t think they would have finished. and hopefully that poor guy that ordered online that was there 50 minutes Still smiling and patient finally got up when I got my food way before he did and I was the fourth order in line Got his food yesterday.

Today, Wednesday, July 30th at noon, I stopped in to grab lunch — just two sandwiches. Most of the staff were pleasant and professional, but the employee handling the sandwich toppings left a really bad impression.

When I walked in, he was taking a phone order, and once he hung up, he immediately started speaking negatively about the customer on the other end of the line — extremely unprofessional and rude. Things only got worse from there. Despite clearly explaining what I wanted on each sandwich, he mixed them up and acted irritated when I politely corrected him, as if I was the one at fault.

To make matters worse, it made me wonder what he might’ve said about me after I left, given how he openly mocked another customer just minutes before. Thankfully, another employee working beside him overheard what was going on, stepped in without needing clarification, corrected everything, and even offered to remake the sandwiches. That individual was respectful, attentive, and clearly knew how to handle customer service.

As I was checking out, another customer mentioned that his sandwich order was separate from the one before him, and again, the same rude employee responded with unnecessary attitude. The other worker had to once again calm the situation.

All in all, I appreciated the professionalism of the other staff, but this one employee seriously needs to be addressed. His behavior was inappropriate, disrespectful, and not something any customer should have to deal with.
