I sent my 16-year-old daughter in to pick up pizza tonight. After she gave the employees her name, they went to the back and began making fun of her and her name loud enough for her to hear. Regardless of expectations for customer service, speaking about a child that way—within earshot—is completely unacceptable.

I called the store to address the situation and asked to speak with a manager. The response I received was simply “sorry to hear that and I will handle it” the number I was given to escalate the issue was an 888 fundraising line, which was obviously not helpful.

I would appreciate this being taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I’ve been a continued customer of Little Caesar’s for decades. Crazy bread was always the best. The hot and ready breadsticks from here are consistently over cooked and dry. I stopped going because of that. I decided to try again recently and asked the employee if she wouldn’t mind making a fresh bag, lightly baked with extra butter and parmesan and she was kind enough to do that without question. I ordered 3 bags and they were so good that it reminded me of how great and addicting they were. Stopped in today and asked for the same thing and a different employee flat out refused to do it. He told me a whole story about how corporate won’t let them bake them that way because someone got sick. I wasn’t asking for undercooked dough, I simply wanted them to be soft and fluffy. He literally pulled some from the hot and ready, opened the bag, and said these are the same. They were so overcooked that they were brown on the ends. I ended up just leaving. Very disappointed. I thought that I got my addicting crazy bread back but nope! Little Caesars, is it your policy to tell customers they can’t have freshly baked food? That’s a real question from a girl who just loves some good crazy bread

THIS IS ABOUT TAYLOR, A SUPERVISOR AT THIS LOCATION. HE SOUNDS RUSHED, BUT HE WAS VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT. HE MADE SURE THAT OUR PIZZA WAS ORDERED CORRECTLY OVER THE PHONE.

WE SHALL SEE IF HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES THE PIZZA. GREAT JOB TAYLOR AND KEEP WORKING HARD.

Came in at about 915 or so on a Sunday night after a botched dinner plan. Pattrick helped us out and got us in and out in 10 minutes even though there weren’t any hot and ready left. The only thing that was in the hot and ready oven were some dessert items. I tried to read the menu, but The screen kept going to ads instead of the menu. Very annoying if you ask me! Patrick did a great job with customer service, acknowledging my question and giving me an answer then moving on. He made the experience Worth writing a reviewfor me

Our experience here today was very disappointing. We ordered TWO HOURS ahead and food was still 25 minutes late being ready! One of the pizzas was missing an ingredient and all of the order was barely warm. Not sure what happened but a lot of customers came and went while we continued to walt. I was just about to ask for a refund! The young lady at the register seemed dismissive and unconcerned that we were unhappy. Not sure if we’ll be back. Definitely not hot or ready.

Yikes! The communication about our order was severely lacking, and it didn’t reach the person at the landing station or bread station. The price of the crazy crust pizza increased from 59 cents to $1, which was acceptable, I guess. However, when we ordered three pizzas with crazy crust, only one was actually crazy crusted. Kyle, who took our order, didn’t include this information on the bill.

When I arrived at the store and the cashier informed me that we were only being charged for one crazy crust pizza after emphasizing that all pizza’s needed to be and I thought, “Okay, cool! We’re getting some kind of deal.” (Expecting the actual crazy crust to be on the pizza.) But when I got home and had the most pathetic crazy crust, I couldn’t help but laugh. However, my mother, who had paid for the pizzas, was upset.

To make matters worse, the staff failed to pack all three pizzas in the box until they were crispy, which was a major oversight. The pineapple topping was juicy, but the pizza crust was soggy, so we had to reheat it in the oven when we got home.

This experience was truly disappointing. I hope that Little Caesars will take action to rectify this issue. My family is a loyal customer of LC and orders from them almost every other week. However, after working there for almost three years, I’m not particularly fond of the food anymore. But I’m writing this review because I believe that a better job needs to be done.

I like this place and they always at least have some pizzas hot and ready but I feel like with the popularity that the deep dish Detroit style pizza and stick has gotten, I believe they would get the idea to get more and have more hot and ready. So I’ll rate it a 4/5 but y’all need to get more of the deep dish pizza and stick combo hot and ready.

Called in because you can’t customize your order in the app. Got stuck on hold forever, ended up talking to a woman who barely spoke English and didn’t understand anything. Ordered a stuffed crust Hawaiian, picked up a stuffed crust pepperoni. Awesome, kids won’t eat it, the whole reason we got the pizza in the first place.

Dirty restaurant. Lazy employees. And a disgusting odor in the lobby. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and when I look to see if it’s in the oven I see all employees on their phone. Making weird noises in the back. Extremely unprofessional environment. Employee who helped me at the counter had no respect and was rude to me when I asked a question about one of their pizzas. Dismissive.

No such thing as hot and ready at this location. They take forever and process your order before telling you they don’t have any ready. Every “hot and ready order” is made to order. There are other LC in the area, I recommend going to another location.
