I have been a Dunkin regular for years and visit different stores, but store 306849 on Rt 27 in Franklin Twp is my favorite! It’s well managed by Shabnum, is kept clean and well stocked, products are made with care, and are served with a beautiful smile by Sumbal, Angeli, Nayana, or Aamna, the Smily Face!
Ah, I love my delicious hot mocha latte and glazed blueberry donut, and I love my Dunkin!

The staff here is disappointing. They have zero customer service skills and foster an unwelcoming atmosphere for certain customers. Went there today, placed order using their kiosk as to not bother their disengaged staff. Waited 10 minutes while they served other customers before asking how much longer for my order. Was advised by cashier that my order was over there as she pointed to the area where people pick up food orders. Went there as the employee working that area just stared at his phone. Proceeded back to the cashier and asked if kiosk orders went to another queue? She then asked for my name, I gave it to her. She looked up my order and insinuated that I had already picked it up. I then told her I’ve been standing here waiting and then she proceeded to make the order. Unless you’re a regular, I would not recommend going to this location.

I think this Duncan is great! The workers are fast and efficient and rarely grouchy. Not easy for this type of job! But what I want to point out the most is the cleanliness of this place! Every time I come here, there is this older gentleman who is CONSTANTLY CLEANING! I see him sweeping the inside and outside of store. He is always wiping off tables of crumbs. He is friendly and deserves a raise for everything he does! I gave him a $20.00 tip today because of my gratitude. More Duncan stores should have conscientious workers like him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and they give me this. I don’t usually make bad reviews because I don’t blame the store I blame the subpar inadequate workers who work at dunkin donuts and still fail to do their job correctly.

Worst coffee. I asked for a regular coffee and it was just like hot water. Asked them to change and she got another one which tasted the same . Bad taste. Waste of money ;( will never go back.

I have been coming to this location for years, it used to be one of the best locations in the area however, the service has degraded tremendously. After coming in to order, it takes an average of 25 minutes to receive a small order. The employees prioritize mobile orders, which I understand however, they ignore the growing line present in the store. Other customers were waiting longer than me, around 30 minutes for a simple order as well. This location needs some serious management improvements. I would recommend mobile ordering however, don’t expect them to get your order right.
