Amazing chicken sandwich and the fries are out of this world. I ordered medium heat and it wasn’t as hot as they warned me, but it had a good amount of heat on it. I really like the pickles on the sandwich, too. Seriously though, the fries are fantastic.

Nashville Chicken is one of my fav chicken flavor and this time I tried Mother Road Market to have some real spicy chicken. I ordered some fries along with the chicken and I should say, it was real spicy(better than chick-fil-a or popeyes or kfc). Loved the flavor. Its pricy and I wish it would had been $2 less. But still I would recommend for those who love spicy chicken.

Inedible. Ordered medium heat strips. They were caked with nothing but cayenne pepper. No other flavors, just cayenne pepper. Chicken was also overcooked and dry. It was like eating a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and chasing it with mountain dew. Cheese fries were good so it wasn’t a complete loss. Overall still a horrible experience.

I have ate here many many times,over 20 and have never had an experience where the service wasn’t great and the food wasn’t amazing. It’s always one of my favorite places to go grab a bite both my buddy. I will go to mother road market and tell myself I’m going to get something other than catw and almost always ending up getting it to eat. I always get the xtra hot chicken sandwich with the xtra hot fries. So so good.

Eric and Brianna are fantastic chefs! This sandwich is genuinely the hottest thing I have EVER consumed, it is a testament to capsaicin, a symphony with a single note, hot. Ordering at the top is a challenge for the boldest of pallets, this place gets my recommendation a thousand times over.

Today after my trip to the farmers market I decided to grab a bite to eat. We stopped at Mother Road Market and decided on Chicken and the Wolf. I opted for the hot chicken fries the hot lemon & dill flavor and my daughter got the OG sandwich Xtra hot. I actually didn’t use the lemon dill sauce because the chicken flavor was on point and the hotness was just right for me it was hot juicy and full of flavor. Taking a bite of everything at once was a tasty treat. However I like the chicken by itself doesn’t need anything to compliment it. Now this is the perfect spicy chicken sandwich! Sorry to all the restaurants that has tried…. Leave the hot chicken to Chicken and the Wolf! Hands down the BEST!

I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm and still there was a bit of a line. Ordered a Nashville sandwich, extra hot, with fries, and boy was it… spicy. Took my food to go.
Chicken moist and a great crust, slaw tempered heat somewhat.
Lots of seating in The Mother Road, and friendly staff.
