This is my first time coming to herbies. I didnt expect that the food is soooooo goodddd.. I love it the burger and tenders and even the fries look so food. I forgot to take pictures of the good. I’ve been to Herbie’s quite a few times and it’s always been great. This time around, this was my lettuce wrap burger…..the other times I’ve ordered this it’s always been an actual leaf of lettuce but this time I just got shredded lettuce. Also I ordered 3 patties and got 2.5. Said no pickles and got pickles. The burger itself was good but definitely not what I’m used to ordering. It’s impossible to eat without a knife and fork, not the best option.

Burgers and fries were great! Shakes were also very good, but I got the herbiepolitan which is supposed to have a layer of banana, and I didn’t get any banana flavor, seemed like it was just vanilla.
The restaurant could use some cleaning, tables and chairs were rather dirty. May also need an upgrade to the air conditioning because it was very warm inside the day we went and it was not very hot outside.
Would go back for the food, but would probably order it to go.

Classic smash burgers done very well. They were decently priced. Sides and sodas are extras. The large fry was big enough to share between 2 people. Had a friend who is vegan and they also enjoyed the vegan burger option. Will definitely return.

The burger was fine as usual, but I have never experienced such a huge and disappointing drop in quality than today with the chicken tenders, they aren’t the same crispy and salty tenders from before, these are disgusting, soggy , small things that smell and taste of nothing but grease, it genuinely turned my stomach trying to eat these, and it wasn’t even busy, one guy with 2 kids before me and one guy after me that I don’t think even ordered yet, I’ll give it one more try another time but if this is the new standard you’ve lost a customer.
UPDATE: it seems these are the new style, I just tried the tenders again, and while they didn’t taste like old grease and they weren’t soggy, they are hard as a rock when cooked fresh and not having sat in oil, still a step or two down from the previous tenders both in taste and in size, they are extremely thin, barely half the width of my pinky finger and I have some small hands for a man, they are about 30% chicken and 70% batter, which is probably why they are so hard, wont be ordering them again.

The food tasted good. We ordered 2 burgers, 2fries, and a milkshake. The total came out to be $40, which I thought was a little pricey for how much food it was. The burger was very good, the fries were decent, you can skip the milkshake. Heads up the parking situation is not the best.

I had a great experience at this Herbies location. I thought that the food and service was exceptional. The fully loaded fries are delicious and the chocolate shake is also underrated. I love the sauce on the hamburgers, and how the ingredients taste fresh and work perfectly together. I’m so glad more Herbies are opening around the capital district it is definitely worth the trip if I want fast food. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Herbie’s for all the vegan options! The vegan burger was pretty tasty, the patty itself didn’t have any overwhelming flavor, so the bun, veggies, and herbie sauce carried the burger. Prices are steep but overall worth the visit.
