Been coming here for years every time I come in town. Clean, fresh, organized, and delicious. Consistency is huge especially when it comes to bagels and breakfast. Customer service was fantastic, food was hot, didn’t have to wait long. Got bagels to go home, per usual. Good “spread” of options Make sure you get there early to get what you want or you’ll be left to the basics, it’s that good!

Really kind and friendly staff. Larger menu than I expected – in addition to a delicious bagel selections there is hot and cold lunch! Coffee was good. Heads up – they put mayo on the breakfast sandwiches so if you’re not a fan, request no mayo 🙂

I normally do ask for extra cream cheese. But this is it for me. I won’t be back I’ll have to find somewhere that’s not stingy with the cream cheese for 5.$$ a bagel with cream cheese. No thank you. I’ll make my own. I’ll add a photo because I promise I’m not making this up.

Yum for $5 you can get this bagel melt and it is delicious!! I don’t eat eggs so I always have a hard time finding quick breakfast when I’m on the go. This is so up my alley. I’m also not a biscuit fan so bagels are more my jam. Also they don’t skimp on cream cheese, I hate it when you get a bagel and it’s all bread and barely any cream cheese!!!! I don’t have to ask for extra this time. The best $5 breakfast!

Great bagel place. Service is a little slow, but that’s understandable on a Saturday morning. Great value for authentic bagels, probably the best ones we’ve ever had outside of NY. Definitely worth a visit and we’ll be back soon!

The bagels are awesome, but the restaurant doesn’t use tamper resistant packaging for deliveries. Twice I’ve found the bag tipped over and loose bagels spilled on my front porch. It could also happen in the driver’s vehicle. Be safe – dine in or pickup only.

Went here while waiting for the library to open, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and fresh baked goods. I got the egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich in an everything bagel and it was so so good. The bagel tasted so fresh. I also took a pumpkin muffin to go, and had it a couple of days later, it was still so moist and soft. Can’t wait to go back!

The customer service at the front counter the other day from Diego was pathetic. I greeted him, but there was no reply, just a blank stare. I placed a very simple order to go and he simply spun the computer screen around for a tip. Yeah, right. Waited about 20 minutes to receive two bagels in a bag and he even got the order wrong. Of course no apology from him. The kitchen staff are awesome people, work hard and are very personable. If only the front counter staff were the same. Not going back to this place.
