I had seen a picture online of Tom Yum Soup and decided to google the best Tom Yum Soup near me. I came across Siam Spice Thai Cuisine and so I went ahead and ordered the Soup with shrimp, a side of steamed broccoli, and a homemade Lemonade. Almost as soon as I ordered I received a personal text letting me know they had received my order and that they were also in a new location. They promptly sent me the new directions, which wasn’t a big deal since I was 9 mins away. They also let me know they were out of the homemade lemonade and asked if I would like to try a Thai Tea instead. Not going to lie, I was very hesitant because I’ve never tried Thai Tea before and wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. Then I came to my senses and was like you know what go for it, try something new so I agreed to the tea. I was able to go get my food, now the entrance to the kitchen was a little off, I thought I was in the wrong location, but then a polite lady came from the door and asked if I was there for pickup. I said yes and she came promptly with my order. As soon as I tried the T I was in LITERAL shock and amazement on how delicious it was. I wanted to punch myself for almost NOT getting this. I text the restaurant back and let them know this is the BEST T that Ive never known about. I thanked them for the alternative. Once I got back to work I was able to taste the soup and I am literally in heaven. The spice level is perfect, the shrimp taste with the broth, it’s just hands down the best soup I’ve ever eaten as well… IN MY LIFE!! I text them back ONCE MORE … and let them know I for sure will be back to try other items on the menu and to get some more of this T, it’s INCREDIBLE! Please go see these incredible ladies and taste their authentic cooking skills!!

Great food and even better people! Not only is this some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, and the owners really make you feel like family. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. It has become my go-to for overnights in Sterling!

We ordered takeout and got basil fried Thai rice, drunken noodles, spring rolls, red vegetable curry, and some boba tea. Everything was absolutely delicious! The spice level was just right, the service was excellent, and the staff were so friendly. Definitely a must-try!

June 2024: Better than the usual mom/ pop Thai shop. The Pad Thai rates 8/10, Easter with shrimp 6/10, lava cake 7/10. Prices were nice. The dining room was a couple steps from the cafeteria looking ones at this price point.

The food and service at Siam Spice is excellent. The price is also very fair for the taste and quality. We ordered steamed tilapia which came with rice and a tasty dipping sauce, papaya salad which we devoured instantly, and Tom Kha Gai soup that had the perfect sourness and sweetness at the same time.
The staff is attentive and friendly. I removed a star from their atmosphere but it’s really no fault of their own. There was a couple eating in my line of sight that had their shoes off and sitting with their legs crossed on their chair. I completely understand if it’s a cultural thing for the customer that was there (which the staff was kind enough to allow), but I just didn’t like seeing feet (no socks or anything) in my line of sight as I was eating- but that’s just me.

I Went here for Dinner and got Pad Thai and Green Curry, both were very good. The green curry wasn’t too heavy and creamy. On the lighter side with the coconut milk which was perfect for me. The pad Thai was delicious and I especially liked the fried tofu in it. I got a green milk tea with boba and loved that too, it had a great matcha flavor.

Hello, I ordered the Crabmeat Fried Rice and Beef Pad Seew as our entree, one Thai Iced Tea and Sticky Rice for dessert, for us to share today. I was here two years ago and liked the Shrimp Pad Thai and another item which i cannot remember anymore. Anyway, here’s my comments this time. The fried rice lacks the smokiness flavor, and can hardly see any crabmeat at all. The noodles, lacks the taste of dark and regular soy sauce, the green ingredients (family of bok choy) is bitter, instead of using basil leaves, it doesn’t add flavor but make you dislike the dish, and the beef ingredients does not taste fresh. The sticky rice is salty. I did not complain and still gave the proper tip. Overall, it is just ok for me. I hope i just got them at a wrong time.

We came for our first visit and it was lunch hour during the week. The restaurant was very busy, which is very good to see. It feels like a warning if a restaurant doesn’t have regular clientele to be dead during the week. We did have to wait for a table but not more than 5 minutes. There were 3 visible staff all buzzing about constantly to turn over tables and tend the host stand. Once seated, it was a smooth dining experience as larger parties left and the rush settled. The environment was calm. The food was delightful!

Thai restaurant located in an unassuming strip mall that serves up some exceptional dishes but others marred by heavy amounts of American influence. I am a huge lover of the green papaya salad and this place does it well but is not exceptional. The fish sauce and balance of sweet, salty, savory, and spicy is not quite as authentic as I would have liked. The Pad see ew however was delicious with perfectly cooked flat noodles with delicious slices of beef mixed in between. This combined with the spicy sambal sauce on the side made for a delicious pairing. The fried shrimp was very middle of the road with large amount of doughy batter. The noodle soup was just ok with nothing exceptional or memorable. Service was fast and efficient. Prices are reasonable and it’s one of the few areas with passable Thai food so if you’re in the area and craving Thai, it’s worth a visit but don’t quite expect it to replicate a dinner experience like in Thailand.
