I’m giving Little Caesars a solid 3-star rating simply because it’s “ok.” It’s a perfectly fine, average pizza shop that gets the job done when you’re looking for something quick, easy, and reliable. While it’s not bad by any means, the main reason for the average score is that nothing really stands out to separate it from the competition. You know exactly what you’re in for, but it’s not the place you’d go for a memorable pizza experience.

My daughter order the family pizza from little Caesar’s tonight and when we got the pizza the box looked like it was open, and because the Uber guy spoke no English we think, he was not able to tell her what happened. This is why they need to take that tip button away. We don’t know what happened but it looked like it was open and fall on the ground and he put the pizza back in the box

I always order my pizza here, since they opened the place but today, 01/21/26, I had a very bad experience. I waited for my pizza far too long. There were workers just talking in the kitchen.
The orders were ready, but they did not give them. They are terrible workers, they did not ask if the people there needed anything, they just talked and laughed. The pizza was cold by the time i said anything.

Not even worth 1 star, but it is not an option. The pizza I ordered came very very very messy like it was dropped on the floor 10x and got picked up and slammed back into that box. The cheese was all over that pizza box. I don’t even know how to describe it at this point. (I attached the photo, please see for yourself.) It was not edible AT ALL. Not even a mouse would eat that nasty COLD pizza. I tried calling the store to tell them about the issue but no answer. This is the nastiest pizza i’ve ever seen in my life. This store shouldn’t even be on ubereats. Matter of fact, this store should be shut down. Eating pizza from here is deadly. I do not recommend at all!!!

Horrible service from the girl at the counter. I arrived at 9:35 and was told I couldn’t get the puffs made because they close at 10 and needed to be out at 10. I begged her to make it since I traveled 20 minutes to get them and she was so rude and said no. Her attitude was not professional at all. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Why have closing at 10 pm listed on the website if they stop making pizzas at 9:30? So disappointed

Yesterday I placed an order online and when my husband went to pick it up he said the restaurant was closed. It was 8:54pm when he went to go pick it up. They were closed and supposed to be open until 10pm. So why was I able to place an order if they are closed?! Now I have to call to request a refund!

This is the second time I order pizza and see this. I order a supreme. They take a pepperoni pizza that’s has been made, take it to the back and add the rest for a supreme. Basically not a fresh pizza. The mushroom is not even cook. Plus the forgot the olives. Always check your order before leaving. This is terrible service.

Ordered online late one night. The order and everything went through. As the driver literally got to the store it decided to cancel. I shouldn’t have to do all that waiting and I should’ve been notified before hand that the store was gonna cancel last minute. The only reason I gave the service 2 stars is because they at least had to decency to refund me back my money. I gave the food a 1 because I didn’t get to taste none of it. Just air.
