Awesome place, awesome food and awesome service. My co-worker recommended me this place. It is across from Nebraska Furniture on the north side of Hwy 121. Give them a try. I know you will not be disappointed. Tell the manager that “Caleb at Toyota of Plano” recommends BOXO, they will give a 15% discount.

My wife and I absolutely love this place and are kinda obsessed with it right now. Amazing food, very nice staff and great atmosphere.
Our usual hibachi spot is F&F but they have gotten pricey and the portions have gotten smaller. We decided to try BoXo and see if we could fill the void of F&F and BoXo is by far superior, the portion sizes are great, the atmosphere is more friendly. And they have sushi and the sushi is pretty top notch for a fast casual place. We have not been disappointed.
If the staff read these, I just want to say thanks! You guys are awesome!

Took a chance in an unfamiliar neighborhood and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was delicious! And the servings were very generous, enough to take some home and eat later. So sorry this place is not in our neighborhood!

I ordered a steak and shrimp bowl and was extremely disappointed. For a $22 bowl, I expected a fair portion of protein, but instead they barely gave me any meat and piled on vegetables to make it look full. Compared to my last order, this was barely half the amount of steak and shrimp. It feels like a complete rip off. When you’re paying this much, consistency and quality matter ,this was neither. Sadly, this will probably be my last time ordering from here.

Great place to enjoy Japanese Hibachi and Sushi! Food is very tasty! We ordered Hibachi Chicken, Hibachi Shrimp, Gyozo, Crab Rangoon, Poke. All the food was yummy, well presented and well-prepared. The prices were also reasonable. The restaurant ambience is also very nice, with Bamboo walls all over. The restaurant employees were very polite and respectful! I would highly recommend BoXo Hibachi and Sushi!

The sushi lunch special was horrible. The eel roll with cream cheese was ALL cream cheese. Charge a dollar or two more and put some meat in it. Make sure you clarify a cup of water. My girlfriend and I both ordered water and after we sat down to eat they brought us two bottles of water. They should at least mention they are charging you for the water before they ring you up. I didn’t notice it in my bill. My fault. The udan noodles were very good. The sushi tasted exactly like grocery store sushi.

Excellent spot in The Colony, I tried the Steak, Shrimp and Chicken Hibachi plate and was very full. Nice portion and much less expensive than other hibachi places. Flavors were great and I loved the 2 sauces included on the side. 10/10 would recommend, next time I’ll try something from the Sushi side. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Walked in: The atmosphere is nice and very clean. There’s plenty of seating for a small restaurant. You have to order at the register, then seat yourself if you dine in.
Order: Your food is cooked upon your requested desire. I love to order the hibachi dishes. The portions are generous, and the food is appealing & mouth-watering to the . The two sauces given in the hibachi dishes are the best I have ever tasted. My complaint is that the beef is cooked too long and dry.
Overall, it was good. We will be back to try more entrees
