I travel a lot so I’m only around so often however for the last 3 years it’s been pretty consistent in this area.
I have noticed a drop in customers. I pay attention to time and hours of the day and business. Not much traffic anymore ever. I would not say the customer service is bad however it is off. Feels uncomfortable especially in the evenings. I’m not sure the process and procedures of when or if at all that there is a manager or supervisor around or on the floor. My guess not at all, if so there needs to be a staff change. The place could be good, could be great if the right people are in right seat.

Well today was most certainly different than my other trips to this location. I ordered through the app and went through the drive thru to pick up. They forgot my avocado toast and didn’t notice until I got home. I went back and went inside and told them they forgot my toast. They handed it to me from the drive thru window shelf. I opened and it and it was cold. I was not going to eat it. I asked them nicely to remake it. He replied “ it’s toast and you forgot it” … whoa!! Only because you had forgotten it. It was made again with an attitude that I could hear. The lady making it was very rude and had some things to say, thinking that I couldn’t hear, but I could. “ it’s cold because you were 10-15 min late to pick up”, “ it’s toast”. If I had gotten it the first time and it’s cold, that’s on me, it’s cold because you had forgotten the meal and I had traveled home… then back to store. Next time make the meal again without the attitude.

You order from a screen here. I needed assistance to figure out how to get it to scan the qr code on my Dunkin app. Hint: It’s the little red light at the bottom of the screen. Hold your phone upright (not sideways) about 6″ away. A big thank you to the young ladies who helped me with that. Yes, I held my phone up to all different places. It worked well though!

I asked for a sliced, toasted, old fashion donut.
Manager doesn’t even look at me and yells “I better not catch anyone doing that!”

I get this unquestioningly at other DD locs.

What’s the problem with it?

RUDE manager. She never even made eye contact, back to me. Walked out with MY money.

Disappointed with Service and Wait Time

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts today and had a terrible experience. I waited in line for over 25 minutes just to place a simple order. It’s clear they prioritize online orders and the drive-thru over in-store customers. People who came in after me and placed mobile orders were served first, while those of us waiting in line were completely ignored.

If they can’t balance in-store and online orders better, they need to find a solution. The whole point of going inside was to avoid a long wait, but it ended up being worse. Definitely not worth the time or frustration.

Went through drive-thru, handed the girl a gift card and a $5 bill and specifically said please use the gift card first, then process the cash. Apparently in her world you process cash before you process a gift card which makes absolutely no sense. It might be a few bucks but I’m not going to stop the enormously long line behind me to have her fix her mistake.. stupid stupid stupid mistake…
Bet she thinks shes worth her$15 an hour….
