I have been to this McDonald’s several times and they never fill the fries up. It’s always half empty. I was practically able to dump all my medium fries into my large fries just for it be filled up. They also don’t fill drinks up all the way. Sometimes I am missing some of my food. I have given them multiple chances in hopes that they will get better, but honestly, they either need better staff or they need to train their staff better. I understand that both McDonald’s locations here in Navarre is under the same owner, but I will just go to the other location instead of this one. It’s sad that this is a new location and hasn’t been open for a year yet and it’s already receiving so many bad reviews.

3rd time in 6 months I have placed an online order and it’s wrong; missing food. Tonight I ordered, left and missing half my food, 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 fries.. My double cheeseburger said no pickles add mayo. Well there were pickles and enough mayo for 3 sandwiches. When the gentleman handed me the bag he said have a good night. Um I don’t have my drinks. My fault I guess for not checking my bag before I left as well. Do better, train better and it was not busy. I was only car in drive through when I arrived

I’ve never eaten here, I just don’t think Navarre needed ANOTHER McDonalds. The other one a little down the road has been there a while and has an AWESOME, squeaky clean play place. I don’t know who decided there should be two McDonalds in a 5 mile radius, but it was dumb. We needed something, ANYTHING else.

The bathroom was very clean no trash in the parking lot the employees where very nice and fast. The food was a great temperature for my mouth the lobby was alive compared to other McDonald’s I have been too it was very lively. To all the haters of this McDonald’s go find something else to do besides hate on a restaurant that just opened smh.

Please consider re-training employees to make orders correctly. I have gone thru drive-thru on two separate occasions for breakfast, ordering two Sausage Egg McMuffins each time.
On the first visit, I received two Sausage McMuffins with no egg or cheese, and this morning I received two regular Egg McMuffins with Canadian bacon. I didn’t check the bag until I got home, that was my mistake. The managers seem friendly enough, but the kitchen is not paying attention.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s, whether it’s the morning or afternoon, I always receive great service! The employees are always nice and attentive. I am always greeted with a smile in the drive thru. Service is quick and my order is always accurate. My family and I have been 10+ times since they opened on separate occasions and we have never had a bad experience.

My boyfriend and I stopped at this brand-new McDonald’s on our way home. (It’s brand new.. what could go wrong) While we waited for our order, an older gentleman—dressed in a suit, using a walker, and clearly living with a disability—came in and politely asked if there was an outlet to charge his personal electronic device.
Ryan and Trey deserve special praise.
They treated this gentleman exactly the way every customer should be treated—with genuine kindness and respect. They immediately searched the lobby for an outlet, welcomed him at the counter each time he needed assistance, and made sure he felt comfortable. Their compassion and professionalism were outstanding and should be recognized by management.
What shocked us:
While the gentleman was out in the lobby, a young female employee (appeared to be on break) and a taller male employee from the back openly laughed and mocked him as he walked around. Other employees in the back could also be heard laughing and making fun of him whenever he went to the counter for help.
My boyfriend ended up buying the gentleman dinner, and thanks to Ryan’s continued attentiveness he was served without issue. Unfortunately, the cruel behavior of those other employees completely overshadowed the good. We’ve already contacted higher ups, but locals deserve to know that this kind of conduct is being tolerated.
Because of this unacceptable behavior, we will not be returning to this location.

What in the actual world…. First of all, we did order ahead for breakfast. My husband waited inside for our food for 20 minutes as everyone acted so confused. He finally got our food (no hashbrowns in our bag) which I paid for meals. OH and THEN I chipped my tooth biting into the rock solid bagel we did receive I have no words. I never expect a lot from McDonald’s but this time I’m actually baffled.

I’ve officially given up hope at this new location. Not once not twice but 3 times now I’ve been handed a hard as a rock stale bagel for breakfast. Cannot even eat it. If I were to throw it at a window the bagel would be unscathed. I was there for my 3rd visit since their opening and they are 100% for serving me stale food. Manager is a very nice guy and does everything to help but the staff are another story.
