I recently found out about this place during an open house at the gym. Online I easily ordered three different entrees since my wife was out of town, and this made three dinners easy. I just finished the third meal for dinner tonight. At roughly $10 each, I was skeptical about the portion size and quality. I was happily surprised on both fronts. Portion size was good, and honestly the food was very tasty! Quality seemed very high. I’ll absolutely use Lean Kitchen again. Happy customer 🙂

The wife and I stopped by just to check out the store and what they had to offer. They took the time to explain how the ordering works and we also took home a couple of the meals they had on display.
The meals themselves were very flavorful and tasted very fresh! My wife usually doesn’t like “re-heated” dishes but even she thought it was delicious! We will definitely be signing up for the weekly meal service they offer very soon.

Stopped in to check it out and the owner was extremely polite and personable. He answered our million questions and chatted with us for a bit. We got a few items for dinner and were not disappointed. This was the best meal service food I’ve ever had. Very flavorful and filling with a several options. We’re looking forward to ordering more on a routine basis!

Yep, just like everyone mentions. Food is amazing! Lots of flavor. We ran up and met Jay and he gave us the run down. Really simple, low fat, low calorie, high protein meals, with no preservatives, made fresh weekly, with a rotating menu. I tried the Cheeburger bowl and my wife got the sweet & sour chicken. I was in between meetings so heated this up for 90 seconds, et voila! Delicious! Lots of flavor and seasoning, corn , peppers, rice, yum. The pickles that came with it are awesome too. I didn’t even miss the bun. Way Way Way better tasting then any of the food delivery services we’ve tried. My wife loved hers too (see picture). Totally full now with a little left over. Great value. I ordered once because of the convenience. I continue to order because the staff just makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The meals are so good too. They are very flavorful and lots of menu options including soups, wraps, and meat/veggie meals.

This meal prep company is great! Personally, as someone who works full-time and tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it can be hard to eat healthy and have time to meal prep. Lean Kitchen allows for you to have both! My husband and I love getting these meals weekly for convivence and helping meet our fitness goals.

I found Lean Kitchen by accident online while scrolling on social media. Coincidentally I was utilizing a meal prep service that was not working out during a very stressful period due to life and my work schedule. Thankfully I walked into Lean Kitchen and was greeted by the owner himself who is very passionate about his business. I walked out with one of almost every item on the menu. I have eaten a total of six meals and each one exceeded my expectations. Everything is delicious and very well seasoned. The portions are perfect and labeled accurately with information for macros and ingredients. There are no preservatives which is amazing.They are open seven days a week which is unheard of and a blessing. I look forward to seeing this business grow. I also look forward to placing future orders.
