Today was our first time trying Hawks Pizza. We had a Cross Country meet at Leaders Farms and stopped in on our way back home to Toledo. The pizza was delicious. We got a Combo pizza and a chicken ranch pizza and my son got a pizza sub. We will definitely be coming for more.

I was very disappointed with my experience, especially since this was my first time ordering from this establishment. When I called to place an order, I wasn’t even able to finish before the employee interrupted and said, “Give me one second, let me ask if we can still take this order because we close at 8:30.” Before calling, I had checked online, and their listed closing time was 9:00 p.m. The employee then asked if I could arrive by 8:30, which was not a problem. However, he told me to meet him in the back of the building to pick up my pizza, instead of allowing me to come inside and pay like a normal customer. By that point, I was already frustrated but decided to go along with it. When I arrived, the same employee approached my car and asked if the order was under my name. I got out of my car, followed him inside, completed my payment, and left with my pizza. Overall, this was the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I have ever had.
