Fast service, nice people, great ham sandwich.
Stopped by another store in this shopping center and decided to stop here for a sandwich. Both the lady who waited on me and the guy who made my sandwich were very friendly and chatty. Keep in mind there are only 3 table and they only have canned drinks – my guess is it’s much more of a grab and go location.
The food was good excellent.

They screwed us over on Thanksgiving Eve. Ordered and paid for our whole turkey over a week ago online, scheduled pick-up, arrived on time for pick-up to wait in-line for almost an hour and find out they did NOT HAVE our turkey! They did not receive a shipment they were expecting apparently and didn’t bother to notify customers who were counting on picking up their orders. Terrible service and now a simple errand has turned into my husband and daughter running around looking for an alternative. They did refund my money and I will never spend it there again. Bye forever Honeybaked Ham Roswell!

Great place. The staff is kind and informative. I’m so glad I finally stopped by. I always just drive by but they’ve got so much more than ham. I got the chicken tortilla soup and it was incredible. They also have sandwiches and desserts and sauces and sides and all sorts of things. It’s like a delicious Thanksgiving dinner every day. Definitely going back to try their frozen ribs and pot roast. Yum! Highly recommended! They have tables so you can eat there or just grab something to go. It’s quick and easy.

Called tried place an order. Would not take over phone. Tried online Would not take. Called back someone took the catering order. Ask for delivery. End up going to pick up at 9:30. Was told they would be there for me to pick. Arrived 9:30 could not get in. Someone came to the door told me I could not come in order is not ready. Would not be ready until 10. My meeting is at 10. Not good communication on the staffs part

We had an order sent to us from Honey Baked Ham. In shipping it was damaged. We took it to this store and they went out of their way to help us. These are great people. Can’t wait to give them more business. We have purchased a ham, bacon and a turkey here. All great.

What else is there to say…it’s Honey Baked Ham 🙂 This is a great location, tucked into a strip center. I hit it right before Easter and at a lull. They were well organized and set up to control crowds. There were only 2 of us there with 4 employees, so I whizzed in and out with no waiting. As I was leaving, several people were walking in, but they seemed to be moving people quickly. Not like other locations where I am used to standing in a healthy line.
