Burger was banging! Perhaps one of the best I had for real. Lame it’s only chips. And crappy chips at that. But hey. Burger was delicious! The citrus IPA was great and the Amber was also super tasty! Hard to find amber’s sometimes. Bartender dude real kind. Good vibes. Beautiful historic looking. Hooding inside. Really well lit. Enjoyed the warm ambiance. Was in a hurry to see show at thunderbird. Got my burger whipped out faster than a pittsburgher hitting an on camp with a hockey game to catch lol

Was in from out of town. Smash burger was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had no joke. Had a great couple beers on tap. If you’re not giving this place 5 stars check your head.

Stopped in for a beer and a game of pool, but stayed for the hospitality. Jesse and Brandon took care of us and were very friendly. Great place and easily a top 5 burger in Pittsburgh. Definitely stop by if you’re in Lawrenceville.

Nice restaurant. Has laid back vibe, bar games like pool table, darts and small video game area. Food definitely not your chain restaurant fair. Had the mushroom burger which was very good. The capri sun cocktail was not overly tasty but did come in a cute drink pouch

Cool place. We went in at noon on a Saturday and it was totally empty which was odd but we didn’t mind. Food was good, only complaint was the Nashville Hot was a rectangular chicken patty, not an actual piece of chicken. Thought it was vegan meat at first after seeing it

It’s a cool space and their beer is good. However the sandwiches are not very good and it’s a sandwich shop. I’ve given this place three tries due to my love of sandwiches, and each time I’ve been terribly disappointed. The ratios of ingredients to bread to sauce are off. The ingredients don’t seem that good. It’s not bad, but it’s not what I’d expect for a place that specializes in sandwiches. All sides are extra. I’d expect at least a pickle if not a handful of chips.

So glad I picked to go to this bar! Absolutely delicious drinks, wonderful sandwiches, great atmosphere. So excited to come back and enjoy some of the combos, the pool table, the jukebox, and the pinball machines. A place with a lot of character, and really worth the time to check out.

Fantastic Food, incredible service. Sat at the Bar and Had the pleasure of meeting Scott the Chef of the night. This guy knows ball and he knows his sandwiches. My only tiff with the place is the “boss” who came to shush Scott for entertaing the 4 of us is quite the Party Pooper (I’ll keep it classy on google). Long story short Scott is the man and absolutely will be back because of him.

Scott was an absolute gem. Short story long, some dingus from the back came out to tell him to be less fun and interactive, which really ground my gears. Great food, great beer. Management or ownership should value a guy like Scott. He made our whole experience enjoyable. #knibbhighfootballrules

Wife was getting her nails done so decided to check out a spot we pass a block or two up from the shop – Long Story Short which is part of Cinderlands.
I got the Gringo Gyro – marinated flat iron steak, roasted corn, pickled peppers, cilantro and a pepper vinaigrette. This was absolutely awesome and watching them make the meatball with Mac and cheese sandwiches and the smash burgers I really want to try a ton of stuff here.
My wife got the turkey sub – roasted turkey, roasted carrots, scallion, harissa hummus, avocado, cilantro and manchego she really loved it and said it had a strong pop of flavor.
Overall really awesome place we will be back!
