Guilty pleasure! This Papa Johns location is quick, easy, and reliable. I’m a fan of fast food pizza. I love the dough, I love the sauce, and I love garlic dip. I like fancy pizza too, but I also like a good deal. It’s my guilty pleasure and I get a craving for Papa Johns every once in a while.

I’m never one to leave a bad review but if I could do – stars I would. Very poor customer service- very robotic. I called and place an order at 6:01pm. Estimated delivery time was 35mins. At 7pm there was no delivery so I decided to call, the employee had the nerve to tell me he’s not seeing my order so it must be the wrong store. Then he stated he just the delivery guy he will transfer me to a manager with a whole lot of attitude like he was home and I’m bothering him. Still waiting on a manager. Later I went to check on the order status online eta was until 8;02pm. I waited 2hrs for the pizza. Finally received the pizza and the dough wasn’t properly done. Definitely would not recommend this store and I’m never ordering here again!

Zero stars. Said it would take 40-45 minutes. That was not enough took more than 2 hours. Still didn’t get food. Finally had to cancel a delivery order that was a mile away. Also witnessed papa john delivery drivers come to the same hotel.

Months later (like, it’s November) and I never got a refund. Learn from me, avoid this place & a go somewhere local instead!

Do NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE!
If you are starving or in a hurry or want anything of quality, avoid this Papa John’s. I ordered my food at 6:35 pm, paid $40 for a pizza with extra cheese, cheesy bread and a few dipping cups. It took 1 hour to get delivered but it had been baked and finished and ready to go by 6:50 pm (according to the Papa Tracker).
So, now it’s cold because it’s been done for a while just sitting there in the store, it took forever to get to me and I PAID for extra cheese and there’s not even a regular amount of cheese (see pictures). Let’s be honest, no one cares about customer service these days and I get it, these poor workers make beans so why should they care? And, I’m staying at a hotel, so I do not have access to warm up my cold dinner. Owners/Franchisee, If you do not have enough employees to provide your offered services (like timely delivery and warm/hot food) DO NOT OFFER IT! Simple as that! Post an announcement on the app, it’s not rocket science. Absolutely unacceptable.
Avoid this and save your money.

I have never been to a establishment that has extremely poor service soon as I walked inside this business they did not correctly and professionally greet me as a Uber driver not even as a regular customer so if you are customer and a regular here, I would advise you to either not come here I would advise you to choose another Papa John’s. Hopefully no one else has this experience.

We ordered half ham/mushroom and half pepperoni. This was on the sticker on the box. We got a full ham pizza. We were also shorted garlic sauce. $42 for a medium pizza (that wasn’t made how we ordered it!!), cheese bread and a 2 liter Pepsi.

Avoid this place. The mouth breathers they have working here can’t seem to get an order right. Several occasions they have totally messed up my order and forgotten entire entrees that were order. They refused to send the forgotten items back out after I called to ask. They also couldn’t provide a refund immediately becuase there was no manager at the store. This business cannot be trusted

The employees here are unbelievably rude and act like you’re bothering them just by placing an order. No greeting, no smile, no effort—just attitude from start to finish from all 5. When I asked a simple question about my order, the response was eye-rolling and sarcasm, as if customer service doesn’t exist. The pizza wasn’t even ready when they said it would be, and instead of apologizing, they were dismissive and short. I walked out feeling disrespected and annoyed. With so many other pizza options around, I’ll never come back to this location.
