Stopped by Bojangles drive-thru today around 11:08am and had a great experience. The gentleman working the window was friendly, professional, and had an awesome attitude. My order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. It’s always nice to be greeted with good customer service — definitely made my day better. Keep up the great work!

The breakfast bowl they have here is something I haven’t seen in other Bojangles in other parts of the state.

Rude management team, and unprofessional. I point blank had the manager say when I pulled up to then window that ” do I not realize that she has a headset on and I am to loud. All the while it is an automated voice taking the orders. How rude? My response to her was how am I supposed to know you are wearing a headset. I just could not believe a manager would be so rude and speak to a PAYING customer like that. I submitted a complaint online and the district manager calls and pacifies me and says oh i will send a giftcard here it is a month later and received nothing. At this point keep the gift card and throw the whole restuarant away.

My boyfriend and I ordered two biscuit combos at the drive thru. When we got our food, they forgot the Bo-rounds, so my boyfriend went inside to get them and the lady rolled her eyes at him and only gave him one thing of Bo-rounds. Forgetting is fine, but having an attitude is not okay.

Very rude staff at this location. I ordered a Bojangles sauce and didn’t get it and when I asked for a honey mustard at the window the girl scoffed and visibly dramatically rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her. Then a honey mustard was thrown to her. She made sure to make it VERY apparent that she was charging me for the extra sauce which I don’t mind, but then only got 1/2 I payed for.

Today I ordered a number 11 add lettuce and tomatoes combo I got to the window I was charged for another order. They gave me a refund got all the way down the road and I had a fried chicken sandwich turn around to go back to the get a grilled chicken sandwich and this is what I was giving, it was dry and burnt and customer service was horrible. My first and last time at this location.

I came here a few minutes ago to get some good I gave the black girl at the window my order she never asked what size drink I wanted and charged me 2.99 for a Large drink and I told her think you she said “ um hum” with a nasty attitude. I hope somebody treat her the same way x10 you don’t treat people any kind of a way because you don’t want to work or feel like taking orders. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I will not ever come back here again!

I love the new look. I also love my order being taken the moment I pull up with the AI. I don’t love waiting 30 minutes for my food every time I get food from here. Whether I order on the app, in-line or in-store. The management needs to do better here. This beautiful location deserves that.

I came here yesterday morning around 11:30. The crew seemed very close knit l. Everyone was happy and helpful. I ended up getting the Bo berry iced coffee and omg it was so good!!! Store was very clean and organized and everyone was helping each other. The entire staff was amazing ! This isn’t even near my house but I’ll go all the way across town for that energy. This is the happiest staff that I think I have ever met in a fast food restaurant !
