Don’t miss out their mango ice cream. It is even better than mango lassi. They also have quite a few Indian ice cream flavors. The service is good too. Strongly recommend.

I’ve been to Kwality Ice Cream in Bellevue twice now.

I really like the butterscotch and black current flavors. While the ice cream is pretty good, the service just isn’t the best. The first time I went with my boyfriend, it was only the two of us in the store and for some reason the employee was only giving me attention which felt odd. My boyfriend was not asked if he wanted to try anything and was only spoken to at the end when he was paying. For the most part he was ignored.

We went again yesterday hoping to see a change in the service and were severely disappointed that it was much worse this time around. It was very busy and although we formed a line, the employee only seemed to focus on the bigger parties regardless of the order in which we had been waiting in line so we were just constantly brushed to the side while other customers that came in after us ordered. There were two times that other customers actually told us to go ahead and apologized because they were also confused as to why they were being helped before us despite us having been in line longer. We weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t too big of a deal, but just reflects very poorly on the service. We will not be returning.

Atmosphere is a little quiet and awkward. They don’t play any music so while you’re deciding what to get it can feel a little off-putting (especially if you need a bit more time).

TLDR: Ice cream is pretty good, very poor service, won’t be coming back.

We recently ordered an ice cream cake with our choice of flavors – Malai Kulfi, Rose, and Kesar Pista and it turned out absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We placed the order over the phone, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, patiently noting down all the details. The whole experience was smooth, and we are very satisfied with the service and the cake. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique and delicious ice cream cakes!

While the ice cream flavors at Kwakiutl were undeniably delicious (my husband raved about the Tutti Frutti and Pistachio, and I loved the Butterscotch) and had the worst experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, we were told that the ice cream sample we were offered was the last one. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an ice cream shop! How can we possibly choose a flavor without tasting it first?
The staff member’s attitude was appalling. It completely ruined our evening. It’s truly disappointing that such a great product is overshadowed by terrible customer service. I’ve never been to an ice cream shop that wouldn’t let customers try before they buy. It’s a basic courtesy that was completely disregarded. I will never return to this establishment and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Love this place! My inner kid jumped when I see colorful display of ice creams here! They have wide varieties of flavors in ice creams…my favorite sitaphal(custard fruit ice) is bomb but most of the time it’s out of stock just because of high demand! Also they have different types of faloodas, family pack(party) ice creams and ice cream cakes also. One thing is really good that is they maintain good quality of food along with hygiene and cleanliness. They have plenty of outdoor seating and also good front patio and parking.
– good quality
– good quantity
– affordable prices
– easy to connect
– good location

Cute ice cream parlor with plenty of flavors to choose from including 6 types of kulfi, traditional Indian sweets flavors, many fruit and candy flavors. Loved the friendly customer service, different combo specials on the menu, icecream cakes, chai and coffee beverages and more.. Whichever flavor is appeasing to, there’s something for everyone!! Malai kulfi and butterscotch brought back old memories.. The space is small with limited seating but well maintained. Convenient location touching many common areas.

I have been ordering online through Grubhub for over an year. Certain flavors like Mango, Chikoo are just not available elsewhere. However, it’s disappointing how much quantity is filled in the Pint container – which in my experience turned out to be half of the container, for a pint costing $14-$15. This is almost 20-50% more premium than most other reputable places I am shocked at the nickel and dime approach in quantity – definitely giving the Indian businesses a bad name. This is not how we do it back in India. Am hoping the owner will read this and consider this feedback.

Updating my feedback. This is ridiculous. These are more expensive than any other ice cream yet I continue to get 3/4th container. Extremely cheap behavior despite previous feedback. I have spoken to the staff out there and was told that this is really the owner decision and something that they should be addressing. REQUEST – don’t fire your staff for honestly accepting the feedback is legit.

Note to owner a PINT is 473.18 mL volume and not weight. This is deceptive and misleading advertisement and is clearly a civil offense and likely if reported can be a tax fraud or more – as cost of goods sold is reported as pint while actually cost should be by weight. Not worth the small fraud in my mind. Hope owner is reading listening!! Do not put Indians to shame like this.

Staff was SO friendly and helpful. He saw how overwhelmed we were by the number of flavors and stuffed us full of free samples. Ended up having the rose and Alphonso mango. Our friend had the badshahi falooda. Delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try more.

We got the limited edition mango and guava ice cream scoops with indian sauces and masala on it which tasted amazing.
Highly recommend this if you are open to trying new tangy flavors.

However, the staff seemed super frustrated when there were a bunch of customers trying to order which gives the wrong impression for this indian icecream store . Maybe they can work on staying calm in such situations.
But highly recommend this place for its unique ice cream flavors
