I’m giving this place four stars mainly because of the long wait. It took 40 minutes to make my vegan plate, which felt excessive, especially since I arrived at 10:32 a.m. and found the door still locked. A few minutes later, a staff member unlocked it and apologized, but it didn’t make the slow service any less frustrating.
That said, the food was flavorful, and the hummus was some of the best I’ve had. The restaurant is spotless, and the customer service was genuinely good once I was inside.
My advice: if you’re planning to order something like the vegan plate, call it in at least an hour ahead so you’re not stuck waiting.

Original Kabob Factory is absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — every dish was cooked perfectly. The kababs were juicy, tender, and seasoned just right.
The service was outstanding as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both amazing food and genuinely excellent hospitality.

Absolutely delicious kebabs. The flavor is rich and well-balanced, the meat is perfectly cooked with a great texture, and everything tastes fresh and high quality. My favorite place to pick up kabobs and Mediterranean sides! I live in Long Beach but whenever I’m on this side of the world I make it a rule to stop here. The meats are delicious and tender, the rice fluffy, and the sides are perfection! The lovely Felicia took my order and made sure that everything was packed up well and to my liking. I can’t wait to go back and recommend everyone give them a shot. They’ll become your favorite also!

Good place to satisfy some Kabab cravings. This please is nicely tucked in on the corner of Glenoaks and Western. They have a parking lot behind the establishment but you will need to walk out of the lot and to the front to access the store. Upon entering the store for the first time it may seem confusing as it looks like a fancy butchers shop which sells marinated meat. But if you walk up to the register they will take your order there. The food quality is decent and the portions are decent too. The place looks busy and you can order via the phone. Their combo come with a side of rice, lavash, roasted tomato, chili and the meat. The prices are not bad. The food taste good.
11/05/24 – we stopped by kebab factory again. Of course they have a new location on Glenoaks across the street from where they were before. As usual, great food, fast service, and lots more places to sit down and relax with the family in the new establishment. Parking is a little hard to come by, but it’s worth it. You should definitely check out this place.
