First of all, could not hear anything the drive through person was saying. Get to the window pay for the order and they ask me to wait 5 minutes for my three sandwiches.
I get my double cheeseburger and it is LITERALLY half a run bun and not the hamburger bun…. Dude
If y’all run out of the bun don’t sell the sand which. I drove thirty minutes before eating so when I checked it was too late.

I won’t go back. I made the mistake of going back a second time after moving to Marlborough. Both times the food was barely warm and I wouldn’t be surprised if I get food poisoning from the burger I ate. Didn’t finish it. The drive through guy was very nice but ordering was really confusing.

Ordered ubereats, three different delivery drivers pull into BK and waited 5 min and cancelled the trip. Waited over 1 hr for a breakfast sandwich and ended up cancelling order. Uber charged cancellation fee.

it’s burger king…. the drive thru was was quick and seamless. the person at the window was very pleasant. the order was correct and the food tasted great. I got the impossible whopper with fries in a Coke. exactly how I wanted it with cheese

I had been craving a juicy Whopper and I said, Today is the day. Walked in to this particular BK to satisfy my urge. I ordered a Whopper medium meal combo. The service was great BUT the product was not what I expected. The Whopper Patty was extremely dry, not juicy at all and to top it off it was cold. Fast food has holding tolerances. The Manager is the enforcer but in this case I know that this Whopper patty should have been discarded. I know this because I once worked at a BK and I know the procedures.
I do not recommend this Restaurant. I travel and spend a great deal of money enjoying myself sampling many Restaurants and grading them on service, cleanliness and first and foremost quality of the food sold. This establishment is overlooking quality procedures. Food has to be hot.
I will not return to this particular establishment.

This location Is far better then the ones out by me. They are reasonably priced the staff is always nice and the food comes out fast and actually tastes good and is warm . The chance of getting a bad meal is anywhere you go but this location seems to always do right by me. Maybe my standards have been made very low from other bergerking locations I experienced but this one is not bad and the food is fast. I do tend to hit this location after 7 pm maybe thats the best time. Never a line in drive through when I go

Excellent burgers!! Nothing beats a fresh charcoal broiled hamburger. I usually stop here when passing through the area. The food is always delicious and hot and fresh. The staff members are always very friendly and polite. The whopper with cheese and bacon is my favorite meal. I have NEVER been disappointed, and I have been here many, many times. I highly recommend this Burger King if you are in the area. The only drawback is that the drive-through window is very close to the side street. So, please, watch for cars coming into the parking lot from the right side. Enjoy Burger King!!

It doesn’t even deserve a one star. The food was about frozen cold like it was cooked an hour ago and left there. The fries horribly cold. The wait 55 minutes. And I’ve Been calling for over 15 minutes to ask for a refund, for someone to give me some kind of explanation. But no body answers the phone. I’ve called now over 8x. And nothing not even a form of leaving a voicemail. So deserves not even 1/2 star. I really hope the owner sees this and fixes this problem.

This location doesn’t get the order Your Way often. They mess it up most of the time instead. At least it doesn’t get much business so it doesn’t have long lines. The chicken items taste gross from the dirty fry oil. It is over due for a change.

They don’t make the food to any kind of standards. Including shorting the food on ingredients. Want an EggNormous burrito? Nope, you only get sausage or bacon. Not both. They always ask you to pull out and park, even with no one behind you in line. Terrible employees.
