What a horrible Starbucks. I’m from out of town and I was standing in line for a Bearista cup the other day and the employee opens the door for the line of people and grabs all the cups right in front of the entire line waiting. I’m reporting this Starbucks to corporate. This female employee acted inappropriately. I’m disgusted at this behavior. At least leave a couple for the line of people. Starbucks employees knew this release was important for people, knew they were waiting in line. Why put it on the shelf if you’re going to greedily take them all? Yuk! I’m so happy I live in another area. Where I live, the people in my local Starbucks are respectful. This was a slap in the face. That employee shouldn’t work there anymore. Probably selling them online for personal, financial gain. Such a trashy experience. Just ewwwwww to that Starbucks. Represented exactly the state of the country we live in now.

Absolutely terrible Starbucks. It’s so badly understaffed that the lobby is almost permanently closed. The drive through lines wrap around and down the street. Immediately when interacting with the employees, I realized WHY they’re so understaffed. They were rude, unprofessional, and frankly incompetent. Never go to this Starbucks, you’ll spend 45 minutes waiting for your mediocre coffee and have to deal with the employees being nasty when you finally get it.

Rude. Very very rude staff. I didn’t take names down. As I voiced my concern with treating customers poorly, and instead of apologizing, they wanted to argue that there policy is to not come to there store until ordering 10 minutes prior to mobile ordering. Which for a fact is not true. Just a person having a bad day, but doesn’t mean they need to treat their customers bad either.

It is 4pm on a Thursday afternoon and this Starbucks is closed. The app says they close at 8pm as does the website. This Starbucks hours are so unpredictable. This happens more than it should.

I ordered a grande latte at the drive through. The wait time wasn’t too bad and the barista was very nice at the window. However after driving away, I picked up my drink and noticed that it felt light. I opened the lid and it was only 2/3rds full. It does upset me because I paid for a grande, but got the amount of a tall. I do feel a little ripped off.

Starbucks not bad people work in starbucks make them look bad. I never write a bad review for anything before this is my first time because i feel like they bullied me. I have been order drinks at starbucks many many times and never see anything like this before, they gave me half of the coffee in a venti cup, i know everybody make mistake so i ask them nicely to redo my cup of coffee but they refuse to do it and said if i need more ice or milk i need to pay extra for it. I have been order the same coffee for many times at other locations they always make it full never did it like half of the cup like this.

The staff was kind, patient and courteous even when a drink was spilled. The drinks were made perfectly and reminded me what handcrafted coffee drinks looked like. Clean store and a variety of seating options, but you can’t replace genuine friendliness. It’s what sets a business a part and they did a great job.

I used the drive thru and wanted to try the mango dragonflies frozen drink but they didn’t have all the ingredients so she asked if I wanted just the regular, So yes I ordered that, 2 pastries and egg bites. When I got to the window I was given a very yellow drink, she made me a pineapple drink, I asked if it was mango dragonfruit, she said no sorry and offered to remake my drink and pulled around. Another gal brought my drink and it wasn’t pink but I have had a mango dragonfruit like that due to a missing ingredient, I had strawberries added so just saw color and I drove off, then tried it and realized it had to be one of the new drinks, assuming it was the Passionfruit. It wasn’t what I wanted but will say it’s not bad. I am disappointed it wasn’t my Mango Dragonfruit.
