Ladies bathroom stall has a changing table right beside of the toilet. While my elderly and disabled mother was using the bathroom, the changing table popped open and hit her on the head. Informed the manager about it and he said that the changing table “has been known to do that.” Table was not secured or latched and flew open without being touched. Manager didn’t so much as apologize. Terrible and scary experience, ended up at quick care with a concussion with my 70 yr old mother! To make it a worse experience, the food wasn’t very good. When I pointed out that my meal was missing the toppings, manager said, “well, sometimes it comes with that and sometimes it doesn’t.” Was offered no meal change, discount or otherwise.

This is a hometown favorite for sure! Its not your traditional Mexican restaurant but is a very pleasant mix! The El Presidente is my go to for sure smothered in their yellow queso!!!

With growing competition in the area, it as a real shame that cleanliness is a problem at this location. Floors, tables and dishes all had a greasy film on them! Your drink should not smell like dirty dish water. I had to request multiple cup changes… And just gave up on the third in a row. You might think staff would notice this? Maybe they just acclimated to the environment. A real shame. I am trying their competition now.

We have been faithful customers for many years, especially this past year during COVID when tried to support local. We were missing something from our Door Dash order. I called the store and was only told to call the delivery driver. I didn’t have a number so I called the restaurant back. She said she would handle getting through to them and call me back. 50 minutes later I went to the restaurant. This girl had an attitude from the minute I started speaking. Told me she didn’t have time to return my call. When I expressed my concerns to another manager, and possibly the owner, he was no better. Neither ever apologized or tried to make amends for me having to go there to retrieve my missing food. When I stated I would never eat there again, his response was whatever. I will not EVER eat here again. It’s a shame, because we have always loved the food. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

Service was absolutely garbage we never saw our waitress Stephanie after she came out with our food which was dried out and looked like it was cooked with freezer burned food. No refills. No asking how we were doing or if we needed anything. Restraunt was not busy maybe 4 booths occupied through out the entire building. Definitely do not recommend at all. First impressions says it all.

I’ve been eating here since the 90s have move locations but food has remained about the same. I will just calling Mexican comfort food. The environment is very relaxed portions are good. The staff does his best to make you feel at home. Good place to spend an evening

I’ve been going there for 20 plus years even before they moved to this location, the food’s always been fairly consistent and decent. Tonight or waitress was definitely on some kind of psychotropic drug. Tweakers have taken over or town and are everywhere. It’s sad.

Ordered the El Presidente as I have for years, Came with hamburger for tacos instead of pulled pork and beef, was a lot smaller portions and at check out found out the price was raised 2 dollars more.
No flavor at all was a horrible meal that I wish not have again.
Very sad the family and enjoyed eating there for years.
Sometimes changes are good, this was terrible.
The servers were very good no complaints on them
