Got a nice, long hair in my burger. I didn’t call to let them know because I got my order shortly before closing time and took it home, and I found the hair when I ate 3/4 of the burger. I ordered a large fries and I got a brown wax paper bag (they don’t use cups anymore) and no fries added to the bank. Essentially a small order of fries for $7. Too many good burger options to bother going back. Disappointed.

My friend took me and several others out to this location. The restaurant was busy but there was ample seating. The menu is straightforward and I had a cheeseburger and drink and we all shared regular and Cajun fries and it was delicious! The music playing in the background was great and not just the usual trash pop music. Highly recommend!

Always enjoy the burgers here. Service is always friendly and fast. Never had any issues. They always give you a copious amount of fries! Inside is always clean with all the bags of peanuts around so you can snack while you wait for your burger.

Seems like the more often I go the more I understand the appeal. Five guys is a great stop in or drive-through restaurant. And this particular time there in Marlton, the service was excellent with very friendly staff making it easy to appreciate the experience.

I usually only peep in this location to run to the bathroom just because I walk around the shopping center frequently but with the warmer weather ive stopped in to get milkshakes like twice and food once and theres this one gentleman who is so sweet! I wish I got his name but he’s been in the store both times I got shakes and he’s so polite, the foods great, the stores clean and everyones very friendly! They forgot my drink at one point and I asked if there was one in the order just to double check and they didn’t even need to check the receipt (though I would have showed it, because I did buy it and I checked afterwards) and gave me the drink no problem. Such sweethearts! And look at all the extra fries included in my order haha, made my night! 🙂

2 stars because my husbands burger was ok BUT… I ordered 2 hotdogs with grilled onions and mustard asking if they had “soft” cheese for ON THE SIDE. After the girl put it in the register 4 times adding grilled onions and grilled mushrooms and forgetting my mustard and soft cheese – I corrected her all 4 times she wiped it away and started over each time – AND in went the GRILLED MUSHROOMS and nothing about soft cheese on the side. FINALLY in what I THOUGHT was finally correct – I received a slice of American Cheese in a tin, RAW onions and at the point, I slid the raw onions off and literally threw the cheese in the trash – WHO DOES THIS !?!? 4 times and still gets it wrong. I HATE the taste of RAW onions so the hotdogs tasted horrible. Expensive meal for 2 of us $36.87 and most was trashed – GROSS MEAL @FiveGuys
