I’ve been coming to the Westport Penn Station for a while, and it’s really improved over the past year. You can tell the management has stepped up! The place is cleaner, the staff’s friendly, and everything just runs smoother.
The sandwiches are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, and the fries are the best around. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. Big props to the team for keeping this spot consistent and enjoyable every time

Wish I could give 0 stars! I stepped inside at 10:46 pm on a Saturday night, the open signed was off and I was greeted with a “are you picking up?” When I said no I’m here to place an order, the cashier asked Tony the cook if it was OK for me to order…. after shaking his head no a few times in disappointment he mumbled a few words and the cashier asked again if it was OK for me to order…. I asked if they closed at 11pm and the cashier said yes, but the cook Tony cleaned everything already. I said ok thank you and walked out. Poor customer service, early closing and made me feel like I was bothering them! When money walks into the door you shouldn’t make them feel like they are bothering or wasting your time!!!

Place is a total dump. I should’ve walked out. The floors are so sticky I almost lost a shoe. My sandwich meat was dried up, burnt and covered in grill funk. Fries were bad too. The oil needs to be changed.

Never been more disappointed in a place. It’s like they messed my food up purposely. I can barely put into words how badly I was swindled. They basically gave me a piece of bread. And what makes it worse is that I paid to have extra things added to it!
I’ve had Penn Station from other locations. Which I love! And I know what it is supposed to be/ look like. This location did not live up to that! I ordered a “large club add onions”.
And see picture to see what I got.

Vegetables wasn’t fresh. Very Greasy. Frys wasn’t cook all the way. Small sandwich. More vegetables then meat. The meat on their sandwich is a single slice of each item that goes on the club. I rather gone to Subway, Which Wich, Jersey Mike’s or any other sub place cause they give you meat for your subs. Nothing like their pictures. If I was you don’t waste your time going to any Penn Stations. Their more about the money instead of making a good product.
Update: still the same amount of meat even with a $1.99 extra for extra meat. Picture look more appealing then what they put in front of you

Small sandwich place. I had the Italian. Didn’t look like the picture at all. The meat was small pieces. The sandwich was so greasy I was glad I grabbed extra napkins. I was so afraid I would get grease on my shirt.
The saving grace was the fries. Hand cut and fried in peanut oil. They were fantastic until I got down to the “extras”. I noticed they were re-frying fries in the warmer. #1 this completely ruins the oil because if the salt on the fries #2 they become brittle and because really small pieces. Basically always ending up at the bottom of the warmer basket and being re-fried over and over. Not pleasant eating greasy little crispy pieces.
They had some of the dining room blocked off and was not very clean.
I won’t be back

I ordered 3 subs, 2 of the 3 were good. I ordered extra meat on the third and was pretty disappointed that there were parts of my sandwich that didn’t have any meat in between the bread let alone extra meat, plenty of saurkriut though….. :/

JB and Tony were awesome. We got into town late and my 2 teenage boys and husband were starving. We came in 25 mins before closing and they could not have been more hospitable. Talk about SERVICE! They told us not to rush just sit and eat (even though it was a Saturday night and they probably had other plans). The food was amazingly good and my boys couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for making a long day of traveling good in the end with your service with a smile!

$13/each chicken bacon ranch regular subs. Usually pretty decent but this is wild. $50 for 3 subs and 1 large fry.

Place is dirty. Fries were mostly end cuts, not hot, barely warm. Music was blasting but they turned it down a bit after i asked. My husband got an Italian, it had no toppings at all, just bread and meat and he had to ask for mayo. When he asked about the sandwich, the staff who made it said he forgot. We advised the manager that the condiments area was dirty and he said that’s not really their problem. Not going back to this location again!
