This happened 2 times in a row. Never eating here again. Ordered 2 crispy chicken tacos with jalepenos. Specifically said number 11. Received two crispy chicken wraps. Had them correct the order. Then they gave me two of the weakest most empty tacos I’ve ever seen with no jalepenos. Wish I had taken some pictures. Never going there again. The majority of the staff there don’t care. This is just one example of the lousy Trump economy we’re in

I have been going weekly to the same Taco Johns in Topeka Kansas. Today they tried to pass this puny Bean Burrito off on me. I have a picture next to a sauce packet as a guide to its size. I asked if this was the normal size and they said yes. I made the statement that I must have been getting a larger one by mistake for a long time. They both laughed and blew me off. 2 youngsters that don’t understand customer service. Didn’t even try to make right laughed and turned their back on me.

Nothing special here and they get overwhelmed at lunch with a long wait. The 2 hotdogs for $3 in the attached Kwik shop tastes better and is a better value. Taco Bell is better for tacos and burritos.

Only person in line and waited over 5 min at window for food. Potato olés sat so long waiting on our other food they are cold are stuck together. They also are mostly bits. No seasoning. Not even full containers.
Usually Taco John’s is a great chain to goto, would not recommend this location.

Girl sniffling while taking my order I’m pretty sure I’m going to catch whatever she has. They got my order wrong then took back the grilled taco just to throw it away like you could have let me keep it to avoid wasting food. I probably won’t be back. Bad service

Had a really disappointing visit to Taco John’s today. There was a significant wait time, with nearly 20 minutes passing between our first and second orders being served. Beyond that, the value just wasn’t there; the food felt overpriced for what we received. Specifically, my $10 bowl contained a shockingly small amount of meat, barely noticeable. Unfortunately, this experience means I won’t be returning.

First trip and I know they are new and very busy, so if my next trip is better I will come and update. I didn’t get a picture but my fiancés chicken strips were literally the size of a chicken nugget at McDonalds. In their defense who gets chicken strips at a taco place. Lol. My tacos were greasy but otherwise not to bad l. Pictured is a quesadilla that they obviously forgot to grill. Fingers crossed next time is better!

The food is great when I get the craving for it. The Potato Oles give me more starch and salt than I aim for most of the time, but are a guilty occasional pleasure. The burritos are filling and tacos tasty.
Make sure and check any order to be sure you’ve got everything before you head out. While I’ve had an occasional mixing item, they’re always quick to fix the issue. Just make sure you catch it. No need to raise a big fuss, as the crew has always been nice and willing to correct the mistakes made, but their order filling system has had me missing something more than once, so be aware.
It’s in a gas station. If you’re ordering inside, you’re filling your drink there. There is a little shared seating that’s decent, but not always the cleanest. I’ve always picked stuff up to eat elsewhere, and the station is not awful. It just loses atmosphere points.
I’ve not tried the drive through, but they have one.

I like to stop and grab a snack for the drive. My favorite is the crispito. The gentleman brought to my attention they had just received a new ” hot box” where they now have the entrée in individually wrapped packages. This was the first establishment I had encountered this. Thumbs up, in my opinion. I like the concept
