I had high hopes for this taco bell since they are no longer affiliated with KFC. I figured since they reopened that maybe the orders would be more accurate now. Wrong. Ordered a Quesarito tonight and there was no cheese on it at all. Just meat and some dry rice folded up in a tortilla. Very disappointed. I’ll have to go back to giving my business to the Joliet locations.

We stopped in to dine indoors at this location. It was Preidents Day at about 6:30 pm. No other customers in restaurant. We each ordered our food via the app at the same time from the parking lot before walking in. We found the employees to be very busy socializing amongst themselves while preparing a DT order. 2 of our orders were ready fairly quickly but the third took an additional 5 minutes as the workers “forgot” about the order which was just 2 taco supremes and a nacho. They didn’t seem to care that much and went back to talking. This kind of service reminded me of the old KFC/ TACO BELL that was here before. We stopped using the location for the same reason.
Food was excellent for a Taco Bell. Friendly service at DT. They were not busy when I visited. Neither were the surrounding fast food places. It was a Sunday about 5 pm.

This location rarely gets your order correct. If you make any modifications to any item, expect it to be ignored. Not to mention it’s more than likely that some items you ordered will be missing altogether. I was hoping after the remodel something would change but I’m honestly gonna stop trying after being disappointed twice.

Orders are never ready on time for DoorDash and uber eats. Staff is rude, slow, and are clearly there for a paycheck only. They also NEVER have cup holders which is ridiculous for a place that is 99% carry out orders!

What a ridiculous quesadilla they make. Worst quesadillas of my life. Such a waste of my money. The workers either don’t have proper training on how to make quesadillas or they are just simply LAZY. Look at the picture of their lame quesadilla i ordered just 5 mins ago like where is the freaking cheese?????

8:30 on a Monday, not busy, yet we waited at the drive thru. We asked if we could order, met with silence. After the line was four cars deep,we pulled around to the front. Two employees with headsets on were in the parking lot talking to someone in a car. Guessing that’s why we weren’t greeted.
We go in to place our order and had a lovely employee with the name Timi on her hat. She was friendly, offered up that she is fairly new and still learning the register, and overall great. She couldn’t find something from our order on the register, apologized to us, and went and found help. Exactly what you should do when you need help in front of a customer. For being new, she’s damn sharp. She is the only reason that this isn’t a one star review. That second star is because she was the only redeeming factor of this visit.
We get our order and hop in the car. Being that we were the only customers inside the place, we didn’t assume that we’d need to check our order. There were a few cars in the drive thru, but we were the only ones inside. Fast forward, we get home and a large order of popcorn chicken is missing. Our order was four items long and we couldn’t even get all four of them. Uttering disappointed in the place.

Worst Taco Bell around. If you go in they won’t take your order or acknowledge you for several minutes. Another time I went I waited 20 minutes for food to later learn they forgot to make it so until I reminded them.
It’s never clean, the ceiling leaks by the window but it’s not roped off, my order is rarely correct, and the staff is rude as hell. It’s better to go to New Lenox or Homer Glen if you want Taco Bell.

Will never go here again. First time here and I place a mobile order. I pulled up to the window and give my name and she tells me to pull up. After waiting for the cars in front of me she asks my name again and she leaves only to come back and tell me that the kfc/taco bell doesn’t do mobile orders for taco bell. So I tried to order something and she tells me I have to go back to the beginning of the line because I can’t place an order at the window. We’ll if you did your job and actually looked up my order at the window instead of just hearing my name and telling me to move up to the pickup window we wouldn’t of had this issue and she wouldn’t take my order. Please do your job instead of taking the lazy way out and then not fixing it when if you tried to look up the order when I said my name I would of gotten my food ordered at the window. Horrible customer service. No wonder why this place is 2 stars.

Somebody really needs to get a proper manager in this restaurant, ordered 3 tenders been waiting for 15 min. They actually forgot my food, the communication between employees is absolutely horrendous. It would be futile ever come to this restaurant. I come here because it is close to my house, I’ll be sure to send corporate a little note as well.

It smelled like somebody was waiting at the front door with a blunt and blew the puff right in my face when I walked in. Stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. All the tables were trashed. Floors were dirty. The food was halfway decent. Idk who the manager was because nobody cared at all.
