I LOVE this Starbucks. I was a student at Carroll College for the Fall (2025) semester and I do love this Starbucks. Every time I walked in I was greeted by at least one worker, but usually two or three. The food is good, their drinks are AMAZING, and the service is fantastic. I have been all over the U.S. and can say this is one of the best ones in the U.S. Starbucks are my usual stop with my dog pack that comes with me and they would give me as many pup cups as I have pups. It has been so incredibly awesome this semester to come to this Starbucks to get my Coco in the morning and work on school. I will miss it with me leaving college, but I will always know where to stop on my way through. Each and every one of the staff have been amazing and I learned the one of them sings that National Anthem for the Carroll College games. I wish them all the best and hope that they all see this compliment on each of them. They all work so well as a team and I have never seen a problem in the 1-6 hours I have been in there at a time. I can’t thank you ALL enough and hope you come and try out this place. They only Starbucks in Helena, Montana I will go to (right off the interstate)!!!!

I made a mobile order to save time, but the lobby was closed when I got there, so I had to wait another 10 minutes in the drive-thru anyways. The cashier handed me my drink and told me to have a nice day. I had to ask for the breakfast item I also ordered, which by then was lukewarm instead of hot. Very disappointed. I could understand the lobby not being open, but then maybe don’t allow mobile ordering if I’m going to have to sit in the drive-thru line anyways.

Our family has always received not only good customer service from this Starbucks location but great attitudes and smiles from the staff. The young lady who worked the late afternoon drive-through the other day made what was terrible day so much brighter. Thank you for the smiles.

Been here twice and each time has taken me 15 to 20 minutes when I’m second or third in line. The second time I was here, they just didn’t have anyone at the windows to hand drinks out. I looked at my drink for 11 minutes before anyone came to the window to hand it to me.

I wish I hadn’t given them a tip. They completely forgot to make my drink this morning. I finally stood up after waiting 20 minutes and they asked if I had gotten my drink. I said no and they guessed what it was which was wrong and I had to re – tell them what I had ordered. They didn’t apologize or anything. They atleast should have said sorry if not given me a coupon or something. Way to make a customer feel like a nothing after spending $10 here on a “luxury drink”

I had the best experience here this morning. I was greeted right away. I think he was the store manager named Russ — so pleasant and on top of things. Vibe is great, my order was perfect and the employees are some of the nicest I’ve experienced!

Everyday I stop at one of the Starbucks locations in Helena. Every time I go to the location on Custer they get something wrong with my order. On top of that, one of the supervisors at that location (named Russ) was very rude to me when I brought the error to his attention. I would avoid this location at all costs. I’ve never had those issues with the locations on Vandelay or Lyndale.

Update: gambled at trying the pumpkin bread again after a looooonng break (it was the only thing near my airport gate.) but it’s even worse than before. So stale it crumbled. Why are people so infatuated with Starbucks? Low quality high prices. That’s not a business that should be supported.
Starbucks doesn’t even try anymore. I got a pumpkin loaf. For the third time in a row it was so stale it was inedible. I also got a pumpkin spice latte. Tastes like watered down milk. I am done with Starbucks for good. And their answer is sorry not sorry. It should have been let us reimburse you for poor products
