My first and last time ordering from here. As you all can see the chicken is not cooked right. Unfortunately by the time I got home they were already closed.

The most pleasant experience i’ve had at a restaurant in this part of Vermont. Chef Leus is so cozy and the food was delicious. We’ve ordered take out a few times in the past, but highly suggest going in and sitting down. It was so nice! We got noodles and sushi (both really good). The wonton soup is my go to! Best wonton soup in the area. The service was super welcoming and we’re excited to come back for sure!

We decided to check out Chef Leu’s House, and I’m so glad we did! The Dancing Volcano Roll was absolutely amazing—it left me totally speechless. I also tried the lunch special with shrimp and broccoli, which was pretty good and came with a nice portion, plus soup and an appetizer. I can’t wait to go back! The atmosphere is really pleasant and cozy. They don’t serve alcohol, but it’s great that you can bring your own!

The food was amazing! The crab Rangoon is the best in the area I’ve had. My wife had their teriyaki chicken and loved it. They even accommodated for my allergies. Its a nice cozy atmosphere so you should dine in when you can. You dont get your food on heart shaped plates if dont dine in!

A+++ This is our go to dine in Chinese restaurant in the area. We love the general tso’s chicken especially!! Another steal is the chirashi bowl which I’ve ordered from this restaurant on and off for years (when in area). Spider roll is great —rainbow roll—. The tso’s, especially fresh when dining in, is actually my favorite of any place I’ve ever been. The portions our large and we typically split two entrees between 2 adults and 2 young children. Oftentimes we add some sushi for some surf and turf. Our family goes at least once a month. I’ve also ordered delivery 2 or 3 times in just a couple of months. So I guess this is the restaurant we’ve ate at the most since being in area! With young children, we love the accepting atmosphere. Our server, I believe his name is Ronnie, is so accommodating and friendly. We’ll probably eat here for thanksgiving— lol—he said they are open but to get our order in early.

Our group of five shared a full spread here, and nearly every dish exceeded expectations. The pupu platter was crispy and fresh, the Mongolian beef perfectly balanced, and both the General Tso’s and sesame chicken had that ideal crisp-tender texture. The crispy shrimp were a standout. Portions were generous, plating thoughtful, and the sushi surprisingly impressive for a non-sushi-focused establishment.

The Buddha’s Delight was the one dish that divided the table, but the kitchen offered to add heat and repackage it, and that version was fantastic. You can tell the team takes real pride in their food.

Service, thanks largely to Ronnie and a very fast kitchen, was exceptional. Warm, funny, intuitive, and genuinely invested in giving us a great experience. BYOB currently, plenty of dine-in seating, and a clear commitment to making guests happy. A gem.

Popped in with a large group of people (including two toddlers) and couldn’t be happier with everything!!! Ronny was great, the food was fast and really great, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The food was honestly top notch. It was exactly what we needed for a cold evening outside. I recommend dining in for quick and delicious food, fast service, and a great experience!

My partner and I have eaten at Chef Leu’s a couple times now and have always had a great meal. We went tonight (11/8/25) and were taken care of by Ronnie. He was great, attentive, and extremely friendly! He even asked about our dietary restrictions, which was so thoughtful. We greatly enjoyed the experience, most of all because of him! We will be back.

I almost always have my Christmas Day birthday in a Chinese restaurant. I traditionally treat 20-30 of my Jewish friends to lunch. This year, I chose to have the luncheon at Chef Leu’s House in Shelburne. New owner Ron worked with me to come up with a menu—appetizers and several buffet main courses that satisfied and delighted all my friends. Ron was a terrific host, and even made a little video of the event! Highly recommend. Note to plan well in advance for a large event. Restaurant is BYOB. Take out or call ahead for dine in.
