I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza for my kids because they like different toppings, there was nothing half about this pizza. They must have cut it with their eyes closed or something. I had to order food from somewhere else because my daughter wouldn’t eat it cause of how it looked she is very picky. I won’t be back.

Tonight was my first disappointing service and pizza from the Moody Rd location. Order placed on line and all was good. At 8:51 I was told my driver had left to deliver my pizza, 9:00 I get a message he’s 1 minute away, great!! 20 minutes later I get text saying he just entered my neighborhood. 10 minutes later he finally shows up….needless to say, my pizza was cold.
They were also skimpy on the garlic Parmesan sauce on the pizza.
Inspite of todays unsatisfactory service and pizza, I will continue ordering delivery from them…
as a side note the location on Watson Rd is 1.5 mi away- I could order and pick up-however every single time my neighbors or I ordered from there, the orders have consistently been incorrect!

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Placed an order to my apartment complex, however, their driver’s seem to not be able to understand basic instructions and left the food at a completely different apartment at the other side of the complex.
I called to get support, and they had an attitude the entire call, no empathy, did not offer to have the order remade and redelivered, or at the minimum send the driver to retrieve the food and bring it to the correct location. I asked what they can do to support me – they rushing stated they will be issuing a refund and hung up the phone.
I’ve never experienced such a lack of customer care or support for a service/good i paid for. I do not reccomend ordering from this location.

If I could I would give a 0 this is not the first time but it will be the last. I have recently burnt food, thrown food, etc from this place. To think they have a quality, check and they sent this to my house it’s unacceptable!!!!!!! Delivery means there is no reason for me to leave my house and because they are backed up, they thought I should wait another hour to make up for a mess up is unacceptable. You have officially lost a customer. I will not be returning to this Domino’s ever again. If I could add a Pic I would.

So, we’re in a hotel. The delivery person brought our pizza and pasta. No plates, no napkins, and there was barely any cheese on the pizza, even though we asked for extra cheese. What part of the Hotel address and Room number do you not get!!!!

$17.00 for a 12” tasteless, sauceless and barely any cheese (even though supposedly I had both provolone and mozzarella on it) save your money and just go the little Caesars. My last visit here personally.

We use this Domino’s Pizza location for large orders for our church youth group. The staff has always been nice. The orders are ready at the specified time and they are hot and fresh. The pizza is priced right and we don’t break our budget buying from here.

I had an extremely awesome experience with Domino’s Pizza today. The manager personally spoke with me and promptly fixed my order. Their kindness and patience were truly appreciated, and it made my day so much better. The customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling valued and satisfied. Highly recommend Domino’s for their exceptional service!

Order online and cane to the store for pickup. They told me my pizza will be out in 5 min. I waited for a long time in front of them. Other customers were coming to order in front of me and they picked their oder up and less while I was waiting. My kids were hungry waiting. They were so unconsiderate… I asked to be refunded and left after waiting nearly 1 hr
