I wanted to try this locations chicken soup and It was AMAZING. Shredded chicken filled the container to the top! The top! And then the soup, then I added the packets of shredded cheese, cilantro and onions. WOW. Plus a side order of corn tortillas. Let me just say, all I needed was my pajamas, a blanket and my grandma and I would have been set for the day. Except, I had patients in an hour. Thank you to the amazing cooks, crew and Manager for allowing me to enjoy your version of this amazing soup. God Bless your store and staff.

I asked for fresh tacos because this is not the first time this is happened. They gave me old tacos that have a horrendous smell and I asked for drumsticks well done and they gave me a yellow piece of undercooked chicken.

Food was very dry no flavor. My husband had a chicken burrito but it was more like a cabbage burrito. My son had a chicken quesadilla they didn’t even bother to melt the cheese, I gave it back to them and requested a new one. I wish I had the guts to just request my money back and give them back thier ugly food. My family and I are not EVER eating at El Pollo Loco

By far the worst el pollo loco I’ve been so. For starters while waiting to order the guys who was being given an order realized like 3 things were wrong with his food. (Should’ve been a dead give away). We were trying to place our order and at first she was having issues with the register so she couldn’t take our order before dealing with that. Once she figured it out she started taking our order and even though I repeated it twice along with the items I wanted removed from the burrito, she was repeating it back to me and she had the wrong item after having waited 15+ minutes for our order and driving home do we realize our chicken avocado burritos had absolutely NO avocado!
The main reason we noticed was because they didn’t label which burrito was the special order, so we opened them up and found no avocado at all!We ordered 2 chicken avocado burritos (both with no avocado, with rice even though this burrito doesn’t even come with rice) and a BRC burrito. Idk what kind of burrito they gave me on the third one but it wasn’t a BRC. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

I bought a 3 PC Chicken Leg & Tigh. Very bad meal, rice very undercooked and hard (maybe rice from days). The chicken Overcooked and burnt. Taste was for long time cooked and over reheated! The skin was so hard!

The place is comfortable, the service is excellent but the food isn’t that good, when I went there the pollo was dry and the sides were a little bit soggy, like I said the service was excellent but the food not that good. It’s cheap and not expensive at all, but maybe the chicken shouldn’t be overcooked because it makes it dry and hard to eat. The price was 10 to 20 dollars.
